I have frequented this establishment for years. In the last 6 months I have had some less than satisfactory service. Twice now I... have ordered a French dip and Swiss and they have forgotten the aus jus. If you are out just say so I will order something else.It's always the little things that make my meal complete that are always missing (a dip that comes with a sandwich or side orsimply just napkins). Service was great! The drive thru is not large car or truck friendly. I don't know who designed the drive thrus for Arby's... shouldn't ever landscape again. There's a drive thru exactly like this in Florida. Horrid! Also parking lot matches Indianaroads. ??????? Read more

Not worth even a star. I understand shortages of help are everywhere. However, when they are out of shake mix, jalapenos and you... ask for a simple refund you are told they don't know how. The manager is calling the general manager. When the manager comes sheis very rude and raising her voice. Only got a refund for half the order. Still having to wait over 25minutes for the otherfood. My wife and I ordered take out last evening. 2 beef and cheeders and crinkle fries. We were eating fries and my wife noticed... they stuffed curly fries a third of the way in the bottom of container on hers. So I looked at mine and it was the same. Verydisappointing that they would try to pass something so simple. What else are they trying to pass. Read more
Not worth stopping by unless you want to also foot the bill to get your car repaired on every trip. Drive thru and parking lot... is covered in unavoidable craters. Not potholes but craters as they're all nearly a foot deep and several feet wide. Its hasbeen like this for years with no signs of ever getting fixed. Read more
Ordered the double roast beef sandwich. The meat was old, dry and nasty tasting. There is no way that the person making the... sandwich would not have known what they were doing. We couldn't eat it. The coke was flat. Not a good experience. Read more
Wow. This was the worst meal I've ever had. My $7 meal. The sandwich was smashed flatter than a pancake. All the cheese and... sauce was in the wrapper. The fries were cold, and only filled half way. My husband's fries were nothing but the little piecesyou usually find at the bottom, and half filled as well. The chicken slider was most disappointing. I don't know how long it satunder a warmer, but it was so dry and tough that I literally could not bite into it. Let alone, try to chew it. The windowemployee was rolling their eyes and huffing and puffing about my mozzarella stick order taking so long. I was finally asked topull around front to wait for my overall disappointing dinner. They also forgot the sauce. No napkins. $38 total for half of thefull meal I should've received. It wasn't even edible. I would've returned all the food, and requested a full refund. That wasridiculous. Don't go here. The staff is rude, and the food isn't worth your hard earned dollars. Read more
