Least competently managed restaurant I have ever been too. Ordered take out to pick up at 6, waiting in the restaurant until... 6:52. I asked to speak to the manager about it, she was rude and claimed to be busy. It was Thursday and lightly busy, a nightthey are know for being very busy. She did not make any effort to make it right. Two weeks later had a very similar experiencethis time food was 30 min late for pickup. I don't give third chances. EDIT: The "owner" has invited me to talk about myproblem on their website. My wife already did this. They gave us 500 "points" that can be redeemed. In context, a small frenchfries cost 600 points. The last time we... came (and will forever be our last time) it took about a hour to even get 1 order of cheese curds as an appetizer. There werepeople who was here the same time as us that got their food and left before we got our appetizer. The reasoning we got was somefood takes longer to cook than others. Meaning an entires table is easier to cook than cheese curds. The food here is okay but they are so understaffed. The floor was a mess. I waited an extra 30 minutes for takeout only to be... told it had been done for a while and no one had brought it up. The hostess was doing the best she could and helped try toimprove my experience, which I appreciated, but I only saw the manager come up and issue someone else a refund for similarproblems— otherwise he was MIA. He should have been more available to help struggling staff. I can't speak to a goodexperience I've ever had at a BWW, but it's somehow managed to get worse. Read more
