My most recent experience was very good for the most part. My (carryout) order was done on time and accurate. The team was also... very friendly. And Doninos has come a long way in recent years in quality of product. Its actually very good in my opinion. My only issue was with their website. I intended to order delivery. If I could give less stars i would. This place gave us the wrong pizza 10 times. Then they put a whole $15 on our account on... like a 40$ order. We call tonight to get a pizza "last chance" and they can't figure out how to apply it. Wors place ever! Read more
I ordered a large thin crust pizza and boneless wings with 2 garlic sauce and 3 ranch. My ranch and garlic sauces were missing.... The delivery person said he would go back and get them. So I called to order a cheese bread because by the time they got back mypizza would be cold. And I wanted to have the bread to use the sauces I ordered orginally. They said I would have to pay adelivery fee even though he was coming back to bring my sauces they forgot. This is absolutely ridiculous. Read more
The staff of the Warsaw location is always helpful when I?m in a pinch and need dinner ideas. I swear these folks do an amazing... job and hardly get credit for it. This Domino's store has rockstar employees. They work hard to get your order right - they try to talk you through online... difficulties even though they have no control over the app or online platform - and best of all - the food always tastesamazing! If I could give 0 stars I would. My family and I ordered out pizza at 6:19pm and got there around 6:50. Our order wasn?t ready... yet.. We wait a couple extra minutes and go in to pay because we didn?t pay online. We go in and the screen says 55 minutes, theboys at the counter were clueless. Our order had been taken off of the screen but found and one of the boys said they would getour order started RIGHT AWAY. we give it about another 30 minutes. my dad had gone back in and our order was no where in theprocess of being made and put into the oven as they said. they directly looked my dad in the eyes and told him they were makingour meal. we ended up canceling our entire order after waiting for TWO HOURS with no food that was even close to being done assaid. not impressed.
