This place seems to always need a rework. The food is either old or over cooked, the staff has a "whatever" attitude and if... you're REALLY lucky they'll get your order right. I highly recommend eating elsewhere. Read more
One of the worst meals I've ever had. Did curbside. Ordered when I was parked. Food came out about 5 minutes later. McChicken... and fries were both lukewarm. Coke was mostly ice. Does McDonald's care? No. If they did, they would not serve food like this. Read more
Had to park farther away cause boat and trailer wouldn't fit. Thought it said above buy one big Mac second free, but we had to... pay a dollar ???? for the second big Mac, got four so paid two extra dollars for our big Mac. Read more
Service? What service? I ordered 2 hot cake platters and each one should contain 3 hotcakes but what I got was 1 hot cake... platter with only 2 cakes and the expeditor expected me to pay close to $7 for it? And I tried to tell her I didn't get all Iordered and all she did was shrug her rude shoulders and turned around. And the only way I got my order is a manager who was offthe clock seen what happened and made my order right. On June 30, 2022 around 7:30pm my youth group brought a group of 30 kids and leaders to McDonalds as we headed home to Fort... Wayne. Mike, the manager on duty, and his crew did an excellent job of serving us. They had the order quickly and each time oneof the middle school kids went up to ask for something they did it so kindly! My grandson love to come here and play at the playground inside. They'res even a spot for smaller kids 2 and under to run within... the unit of funland lol .. also the staff here is always polite and fast! And correct any mistakes made if needed. It's prettyclean, but they do have trouble keeping up with cleaning tables and trash, due to high traffic in and outs.. I say hire someonejust for that alone. I have not stopped at this McDonald's in many years. That's because my last experience there was less than pleasant. I was very... surprised this morning to see a smiling courteous face ready to take my order. I was even more surprised when I got my foodpromptly but yet another smiling courteous face telling me to have a good day.
