Very displeased with service and the food. I've been watching it go down hill for awhile now, but today they have me writing a... review.. I went there for lunch with my family. We stood waiting to order our food for 5 minutes and considered walking out.Manager/Shift lead was standing right in front of us taking orders for the drive-through that entire time. Never said a word tous.. No: welcome to Panda express, hi, hello, we will be right with you.. nothing. A gloomy boy walked up after and took ourorder, no smile no greeting. It was more of an inconvenience that we were there. When we finally got to the table to eat ourfood we were not happy. Meat was luke warm, steamed rice was more like rice porridge (overcooked and very mushy), and the friedrice was the same (overcooked, mushy, and salted??? yes salted.. not soy... not sesame sauce, salt.. tall tale sign was thefried rice was white... I don't know it was even fried). We ate the meat.. after all we just paid $30+ for 3 bowls.. but threwaway everything else.. I will not be returning anytime soon. Read more
Ordered online. Got to location on time and food was cold. Asked to replace it with same item. The employee said "it's going to... be the same." Really?? So she admitted they serve their food cold. Asked if I could get a refund. Nope they said. You have toask for a refund online. Threw it in the trash and went somewhere else. Never again. Read more
This place is a disgrace to the Panda Express brand. The staff hate their jobs & it shows. They're so unfriendly & depressing to... interact with. The food quality is also far under par compared to other locations.. Read more
I only come through Warsaw about twice a month and haven't had the chance to stop here and eat yet. I did an online order since... I had to go out of my way to get here. When I got to the store to pick up my food the first thing I noticed, was the food onlinelooked old and dried out and of the six employee standing around talking, no one was making any fresh food. I figured it'dprobably be all right. I should have going with my first impression. I got my food and left since I was in a hurry, when Iopened it I was not impressed. The vegetables were old and soggy, and everything had a weird bitter taste. Plus I ordered alarge drink because I wanted the tea and both teas were empty, the Dr pepper which would have been my second choice was out. Sopretty much a waste of a large drink. Read more
I have had several bad experiences there which have lead me to write this bad review. Something I never do but I have wasted... too much money at this Panda Express. The food has gone downhill and I won't be feeding my family of 7 from there. The dry andovercooked orange chicken was the last straw for me. Read more
I went out of my way to have a late lunch at this location. Was pretty disappointed. I got my usual plate, two entrees and some... chow mein. Had a hard time picking my entrees because some of it was dried out on top and burnt looking. I told the attendant Ididn't like the looks of some of the selection and he just shrugged. My meal came in this little container which is about athird less than you would get at a normal plate. I normally don?t ever write bad reviews but when I went and ordered orange chicken and fried rice, Half of the fried rice was... hard and when I called the store the lady I talked to asked if I saw what they put in the box. And I said yes but you can?t tellif rice is hard and crunchy just by looking at it. She was very rude and tried to make it my fault because I could tell that therice was hard. We got there 45 minutes before closing and they had a slim selection on food. That was disappointing. They would make it, but it... was a 5 to 10 minute wait for what they didn't have left. The food was good, what they had. Read more
