First time. Chicken is over rated...3 PC one side, didn't want the drink (which I think you should get that taken off) $15.00... ridiculously over priced and very small pieces all dark meat, tiny dark meat. The half a cup sides were good. Barely any gravyon the mash potatoes. The biscuit was really buttery flavored. They don't give you any butter or honey. Maybe you have to askfor it. Will I go back? Would like to try the spicy chicken but just to expensive. I don't know how a large family can affordit. Probably not go back.Very greasy and again really no healthy options. Read more
I haven't been to a Popeyes in years but since this location just opened less then 9 months ago I figured why not right ? The... customer service was fair and the wait time was quick. The food was hot and tasted good, but the portions are without a doubtway smaller than they used to be. I will return but not on a regular basis. I just remember Popeyes being so much better back inthe 80's and 90's and now it's about cutting corners and increasing profit margins ???? Read more

Too high priced for the little portion they give you. The staff was very uncoordinated. The drive through was so slow I saw... customers park their cars and go inside and when they went inside they were shocked again on how the inside ordering was so slowtoo. The popcorn shrimp smelled like shrimp but all I could taste was the mediocre grease they deep fried everything in. Sobasically I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Service is quick and outstanding customer service, especially from this teenager Brandon (who had the best manners and very... respectful) He made sure I was well taken care of -in the drive thru! Who does that anymore? He is the reason I keep comingback! Bc before they would never ask you if you want hot sauce or mild or spicy chicken. This guy was on it! We ordered the 8 piece dinner, 3 of those 8 pieces were wings, $27/8= $3.37 a wing. If you take all the breading and the bones... you end up with about a 60/40 split so $10.80 for non-edibles, and when I say the breading is non-edible it literally tasteslike I put a tablespoon of flour in my mouth. Not only is this place way over priced, it is way over rated. We wanted to wait until the hype wore off before we tried it. It did not disappoint!!!! That was the best fast food I have had... in a long time!!! One thing that I want to note is the spiciness of the food. It's not overpowering. Yeah, it's got a slightkick to it but it allows the true flavor to come thru. For someone who can't handle spicy food, this was just perfect!!! Eventhe buffalo sauce I used for the nuggets was flavorful, but not so hot that I needed ranch dipping sauce like other places. Toomuch spiciness ruins it and you can't enjoy the meal. This was just the right amount of heat to it. Also, a member of thedinner night has dentures so we try to make sure that there is something soft that she can eat. I was a little nervous abouther choice in the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Sandwiches are some times too hard for her to eat. It was crunchy, but not socrunchy that it made her teeth come loose like other places.
