Enjoyed dinner here tonight traveling through. The staff was friendly and attentive and enjoyed serving guests and made the... experience happy and fun. The salad bar was very fresh and really good. We went there for lunch today got there shortly after 11 ordered two of the ruby Tuesday hamburgers special. Mine was OK. My... husband?s first one was closer to well-done rather than medium ordered another one and it was basically raw the inside was themeaty hamburger and cold. Service was very slow for that time of day. Our waitress was very good as I think she had that oneside all to herself but it was no reason for the hamburgers to be like that and the length of time to make them. Read more
To the best of recollection, before coming to Warsaw Indiana, I had never stepped foot into a Ruby Tuesday's. In all honesty, I... feel like anyone stopping through should come hang out......From the greeting at the door to the next level personality of staffmembers. I made a mistake ordering tacodilla with steak. The flour tortillas were chard and torn. Steak was way over done. The black... bean salad was not worth the time it took to mix up. I had to spit out what I put in my mouth. I can't describe the taste. Don't order! Another had ruby's cheeseburger with tater tots. Hamburger was okay but tater tots were so over cooked one couldchip a tooth. With this order I wouldn't recommend. Read more
What a great experience!! Our server was excellent, helping my wife and I get what we wanted. I had the triple play which was... 1/2 rack of ribs, shrimp and chicken tenders with fries. My wife had the chicken parm which she loved. We both had the saladbar which is by itself pretty awesome. I was only able to finish my ribs and took the rest home for another meal or two. It was our first time visiting this specific Ruby Tuesday and I'm not sure that we'll go back. We were able to get seated right... away but it took awhile to get our waitress' attention to order. She was friendly enough but oddly out of sight a lot. It tooka very long time (over 30 minutes) to get our food despite there being guests at only five other tables. Luckily we had thesalad bar to help tide us over. Eventually, three of our four entrees came. It took almost five more minutes to get the lastentre with no explanation or apology for the extra wait. It was all a bit weird. The food was fresh and tasted good but itshouldn't take almost two hours to complete a meal at a Ruby Tuesday. I also found the current menu very "busy" and hard toread and, with current prices, expect to pay $20/person, especially if you get a drink. Read more
