Food is always fresh and there's great customer service
I thought I would stop by on my way home after a long day. It was after 7 p.m. and I was hoping it wouldn't be too busy. The... drive thru was full. I drove around, parked, walked inside. I noticed through the windows that a man was moving chairs around. Ilooked for a sign saying that the dining area/inside ordering was closed. Nothing. I was told by the man that the dining areawas closed. I said, "ok. Can I order something to go at least?" I got a shoulder shrug. When I looked toward the counter, notone person was in sight. I was going to either go through the drive thru or pick something else. Drive thru it was. I began mydrive thru experience at 7:21 p.m. with 7 cars in front of me. I finally get to the ordering phase at 8 p.m. The speaker soundedlike someone had the other end in their mouth and was screaming. I ordered my double cheeseburger, ketchup only. Then I heardwhat I thought was someone saying $6.52. I was seriously taken aback by that one. I thought maybe she thought I said I wantedthe meal? I FINALLY get to the window. I once again thought that I would pay, get my sandwich and be on my way! Nope! I satthere, and I watched two sometimes three people try to figure out what belonged to what order. The female that was responsiblefor taking the orders was also keeping tabs on the one that was bagging them up. I was stunned silent as I watched this duo makefast food into "rocket science". While they did that, my burger sat on the counter. I will say it was made fresh. At first Ithought they forgot the ketchup, then I got a bite of it. Worth $6.52? With the headache this fiasco was, I felt they shouldhave paid me! I will NEVER, EVER, go to Warsaw Wendy's again. Completely inept. Read more
This company has an sign on there drive thru window about being kind to the staff for being short handed. The same goes for the... customer just because your short staffed or having a bad day doesn't give you the right (Sheila )to be rude!!! At the window change order to combo recieved an double cheese burger with everything on it was suppose to pickle and mayo only.(Good thingdoesnt have food allergy) No fries a chilli and lg coke. My boyfriend isnt one to complain but when he comes home and has somechoice words for your staff the service must had been horriable!! Was not able to order food. Drive thru only. Waited over 15 mins in drive thru before we left. Only moved 2 cars. Unsafe to have... to wait on street. Very worried about getting in accident sitting on a busy street. Read more
Went through the drive through, the 2 old ladies running the place are rude af. They didn?t give me the right order then blamed... me because they forgot to tell me they were out of a certain item. When I asked for a refund they didn?t know how to put it backon my card so I had to get cash back. Horrible establishment with even more horrible employees. Would not recommend. Read more
Went through the drive through and the workers were rude and short before this happened. Ordered a Baconator fry. they only put... liquid cheese, no shredded cheese or bacon. I called and told them, asked what they would do and the worker sat silent. I haveworked in fast food my whole life. Its not hard to just replace an item, especially when you are the one who screwed up. I loveWendys but this location specifically is one of the worst. Also I don't know how they managed to miss 2/3 ingredients. Superdisappointed in the service. Read more
Fast service food was not so good. Cold and condiments for the sandwich were sparce. As you can see, very little mayo, tiny... piece of lettuce, and the chicken patty tasted like it was under a heat lamp to long. Was having a bad day and this sandwichmade it worse. Read more
