Mcdonalds is always pretty quick with the food, and it's normally hot so I don't complain but sometimes the staff feel like... they don't want to be there and it pours into the service they give. Other than that. Big Mac attacks get me here. Read more
I often stop here while driving between Sedalia and Pomme De Terre Lake. Fries generally need replaced even when asking for them... fresh from the fryer as they usually just ignore the request. Sorry to complain but they have lots of room to improve theircustomer service. The food is generally good tasting though. Went through the drive thru. Not extremely busy,but moved right along. Guy was friendly and I could understand him. Had to wait... for a bit to get burger, but I don't mind that at all to get a hot burger. Very pleased Read more
This McDonald?s needs a lot of help! We stopped by for a late lunch ( Big Macs) drive thru. They tasted like cardboard, took em... back inside and asked for fresh Big Mac waited approx. 10 mins. The seconds one we?re better than the first ones. But needlessto say they ended up in the trash. I?m wondering we?re do you find these ppl that just want to serve not tasty food to ppl? So Icalled McDonald?s in Warsaw to ask a manager about it. Kathy didn?t know. handed the phone to Amber and she wasn?t dealing withthis. I have been eating healthy for the past year and a half and have only had fast food burgers half a dozen times but I wanted some... french fries and a good juicy burger and I was a long ways from home and it was already dinner time so I decided to pull intothis McDonald's. I ordered their deluxe quarter pounder which is supposed to have burger and cheese and lettuce and pickles andtomatoes and onions. I told them leave the mustard off but add bacon to that order. They charged me for what I ordered but whenit came out of the drive-thru window and I failed to check my order, apparently they just gave me a bacon cheeseburger deluxeand sent me on my way. I paid $2.19 extra for three pieces of bacon that were obviously already included on a bacon cheeseburgerdeluxe so I didn't even get the lettuce and tomatoes and pickles that were also supposed to be on there. And the first thingthat happened was the girl handed me my bag of food and said have a nice day. I smiled at her and said what about my drink? Shelooked kind of embarrassed and handed me my drink. I smiled back and thanked her because I thought anybody could have one ofthose kind of moments. So no big deal. When I got down the road several miles and could dig out my burger while I was driving,that's when I found out I paid extra to not even get what I ordered. Seems the visits here just get worse. Dine in. Tried to use the ordering kiosk. Won't let you check out without using a... "table # marker". Yet they do not have any!. Person taking orders at the counter was completely rude when I asked about them. As if I should have known that they do not have them. The ONLY " good " part of the visit was the order was filled quickly. Beyond that... my sandwich suffered as a result. I LITERALLY had to rebuild my sandwich.
