Our taco bell isn't very good they either get your order wrong... throw it in the bag and it's all over the bag or there's... nothing inside of what is ordered... meaning... no meat!! Very lil lettuce and a couple tomatoes... mostly tortilla... I can buy4 packs of tortillas for what it costs to eat there! Drive away hungry still! ???? Read more
I love Taco Bell and was excited to see one coming to Warsaw. What a disappointment! Sometimes they get the order right, but... that's a 50/50 gamble. VERY impersonal, no way to order except through their kiosk. Employees don't seem to have a clue whatcustomer service is. I don't recommend anyone rolling the dice with this location!! Read more
Service is slow and sub-par. We ordered at their kiosk and sat down and waited about 30 mins for a small order for two people.... Store wasn't busy either and upon receiving order we didnt get our drinks. Trying to ask for the cups we were told to wait andafter standing there we asked again and the lady didnt seem thrilled she had to drop what she was doing to give us some stupidcups. When we came here, we got to the speaker and he asked us what we wanted. He was super nice about it and on top of that, the... service was really quick. The food tasted amazing. But the reason that this isn't a 5 star rating is that all, and I mean ALL,of the food was stale, not that the food didn't taste good and the service was amazing, everything was just stale. It doesn't matter what you do to customize your order, they'll make it the same and still charge you more. Not to mention the... wait. I wouldn't call it a fast food place at all.My order would have been about $7 without extra meat. It was $11 and somechange. And I didn't get the extra meat. What a joke. Read more
We placed our order inside on the kiosk, they didn't know we had to pay. Didn't give us our drinks, out of hot and mild sauce,... got our order wrong. Worst experience. Read more
