Taco bell in Warsaw, NY was horrible. They were out of mexican pizzas, rice, fiesta potatoes, chicken, chalupas, forks and... spoons. The steak was gross. I usually go to Taco Bell and everytime I go to this specific location I always have an issie withsomething. I will never step foot again in this Taco Bell and I will drive to the Taco Bell in Batavia, NY. Read more

My order is never right and they always forget the drinks. The last few times the staff was extremely rude. Wait time was 30... minutes thus time because of the person calling names not paying attention. Read more
Seem like almost every time we visit they get something wrong. ???? just ordered a large order of food, only people in... drive-thru line and no one inside. Among the order was a Nachos BellGrande, with extra nacho cheese, extra sour cream, onionsand jalapeños. They were out of onion, ok no biggie, but when I got home was another story. There was NO nacho cheese at all.When I called the only thing that was said was, it was ordered with no nacho..... ugggg how annoying. I think we will justbypass Warsaw Taco Bell from now on. Went for lunch there today. Decided on the drive thru, with only one vehicle ahead of me. I ordered a number eight, Mexican... Pizza and two tacos. It took longer than you'd think for one order. The tacos were OK, one was cold, and the pizza wasn't cut,making it difficult to eat in my vehicle. On a good note, the lady that took my order was pleasant and nice, and the order wascorrect. It is a work in progress. Most of the time they can get you order right if you customize it. The biggest issue is the speed of... the drive thru.....just be prepared to wait and wait. Read more
