The menu inside advertised "any size drink $1.25". I asked the cashier if that included tea. She said that the special was no... longer available. I commented that it was clearly still being advertised. She proceeded to tell me that they were not in controlof what was on the sign. She continued to be combative with me. I said that I was not trying to argue about it but the price wasclearly advertised. So we gave up with her, placed out order and didn't say anything else. I feel that they should have honoredthe advertised price. The attitude and rudeness was very unprofessional. Bojangles really should consider training their frontline people o be professional and kind. Being rude with an attitude will make you lose customers very quickly. This is onecustomer that will not go back to this store. I certainly would not have "Faith" in this location. Read more

When we pulled up, the drive-through leave was very long so we decided to go inside. There was a target long line inside too,... which moved slowly. However, our food was good. It came out hot, which was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Read more

This is a good Bojangles to hit when you are traveling down Interstate 40. It has a huge dining room and there is a play area... indoors for the kids. There is also an outdoor playset. Plus the food is always good. Who doesn?t like Bojangles ChickenSupremes? I docked them a star because the Men?s bathroom was dirty. The trashcan was overflowing with paper towels and thepaper towel dispenser was empty. I hate finding out after you wash your hands that there is no way to dry them. Read more

Extremely rude staff. Lady at the front gives extreme attitude when placing order. Asked multiple times for them to open the... door by the playground, they rolled their eyes at me and said someone will come open. No one came to open. There is even asign on the door stating it must be open during operating hours. Whoever is the franchise owner should really look into how thestaff treats customers. There is no point treating customers rudely and providing amenities that can?t be used and is also apotential fire hazard. Read more

Middle of lunch and a 20 minute wait on chicken. Not sure if they are prepared for Sunday crowds. This was my first visit and... the KFC across the street is closed for remodeling. There was a line inside and in the drive through, so they were busy. The pulled pork was okay and wings fried really hard. Hopefully, the sides will be good. I usually don?t eat Bojangles, but thecrowd makes me think it?s just a busy time and they should be given another shot when I come through again. Read more

Food was good, but employees did not have enough help. If you are on the road and looking for a quick bite you may consider one... of the other faster options. The employees were very nice and the bathroom was clean. Read more

I came here on foot without a car, and it was a quite frustrating experience to order and get my food. The building is closed... and only the drive-thru is open. When at the point where you order, there is an electromagnetic detector on the ground which ofcourse doesn't work when you walk on it without a car, and there was no button or anything else to get the staff's attention. Iended up calling and they were puzzled someone would be there without a car. I ended up getting my food and it was a prettygood fried chicken. The biscuits are meh in my opinion. Read more

Customer service was absolutely horrible! If I could give 0 stars, I would! Ordered supreme meals & did not receive supremes.... They gave us regular tenders and the chicken was undercooked. No seasoning on fries. We asked which drink was which and the ladygot an attitude. Asked for bbq sauce and she proceeded to get smart. Get someone new at the window! Read more
