I went thru drive thru immediately after getting my order I tasted some lukewarm fries I told them they were lukewarm the two... male attendants this afternoon about two told me there was no hot fries. I used to work for McDonald?s 30 years ago has thequality changed recently because I never had this issue before. Went thru drive thru around 4pm. The fries weren't hot and my filet-o-fish had a dried, half slice of cheese hanging out the... side of the bun. Went inside to complain and waited for approx. 10 min for two other customers at counter to get their orders.When I was finally able to talk to someone, the employee said that I would only get a whole slice of cheese if I had ordered adouble fish sandwich. I complained that I have always had a full slice of cheese and she said "we don't do that at thislocation...only a half slice". I was so taken aback by this comment!! She didn't offer to replace it and I was unable to waitanother 10 min. to get a replacement, so I left, thoroughly dissatisfied with the experience. Stopped in on my drive back home. You would think the manager taking orders at the counter would be more talkative/friendly than... what she is.....Bathrooms were fairly clean. One stall looked clogged and the trashcan over filled. Edit: I was by myself so Iwent to my car to eat. Food tasted fine, took a swig of my sweet tea and THAT WAS THE GROSSEST TEA IVE EVER TASTED. Like it wasthe oldest tea that had back there. There was little specks of stuff in it!!!! Zoom into the picture!! Highly disappointed. Drive for several hours on I-40 and waited until I got to Warsaw until I ordered my food. I live in... Clinton, so I?m only 20 minutes away from this location. Ordered my food to go because I was just ready to get home and then eatafter I unpacked my car. Once I unpacked and got settled back in to my house, I open my food only to discover that my order wasall wrong. This was even more frustrating because while I was at the restaurant, SIX of their employees were huddled around thefront counter, looking at their phones, and discussing what Their dinner plans were (none of those options included the WarsawMcDonald?s mind you). They were loud, cracking jokes, and seemed to care less about any of the number of customers that werewaiting around for their food. Thank God we have 2 McDonald?s in Clinton. I only wish I had driven the extra couple of miles togo get food from one of them rather than stop in Warsaw. Never again. Read more
I'm not really feeling the new direction some of these chains are going, especially when your order is simple, like for... instance, just a coffee. No one speaks to you or greets you to make you feel welcomed. They just point you to an orderingscreen. It's very impersonal and weird, but I guess it's progress??? You will eventually get your order, but it's souneventful, you won't really enjoy your order as much. But maybe that's just me. Read more
I want to give a big shout out to the employee I saw walking out of the bathroom without washing his hands after peeing. The... bathroom was pretty gross (an automatic urinal was apparently not working, as it was very full of urine, and the toilet had beensplattered), so the restaurant was on pretty thin ice even before I saw the employee walk out of the bathroom and begin handlingdrink cups. My wife and I ended up taking our young kids down the street to Bojangles, where the staff was friendly, therestrooms were clean, and there were both indoor and outdoor play spaces for our kids to play. We enjoyed our meal there verymuch, and it was all thanks to seeing that guy walk out without washing his hands. My family will continue to visit McDonald'slocations elsewhere, just not this one. The customer service at this location could?ve been better but it was a busy morning. Nonetheless our order was made fresh. The... interior of the building is unique with its vintage design. For it to be so early, the place was a bit dirty and understocked.Will give them another chance in the future. Read more
I've tried to give this location a fighting chance, we stop often when traveling towards the mountains, but I have yet to have a... good experience here. The bathrooms are almost always filthy, tables dirty, and I have yet to have a good customer serviceexperience. We decided today was our last visit, plenty of other places to go on the road. Read more
