Good stop on the road and definitely a clean modern Starbucks! The team was patient in accommodating food allergen requests and... the drinks were very good! We appreciate the oat milk and other non dairy milk options and the Impossible Sandwich though wewish Starbucks would add a few truly vegan food options especially! Really hard to screw up 3 shots over ice with sweet cream on top, especially when I asked twice if they had sweet cream (not... cold foam). I have a feeling they scooped the cold foam (which I don?t like) off and added creamer. Handed it to me stirred withno straw that I also asked for, as I specifically asked for the cream on top. Being that I haven?t had my coffee this morning,I?m trying to tolerate it. My husband?s tastes okay, would be nice to have that straw as everything seems to have settled at thebottom. To top off the visit we weren?t asked if we wanted anything else after my drink and we had to see if they were stillthere for my husband?s. No breakfast sandwich for him as he did his drink order and they told us our total again without askingif we were finished. Guess we?re not in Washington anymore Toto. Read more
The staff is one of the best things here. I don't know who brightens up who's day more. (Them or me) And some days we both need... it. Only problem I have encountered is them not have product in to make your drinks with, which is about normal now and not thefault of staff. That is a problem with the company, their warehouses, and suppliers. Read more
Really kind folks and excellent drinks. Best iced coffee I've had at any Starbucks.
Very disappointing for a starbucks. Location is great though, right off 40. Ordered a pretty basic every day drink, A (Shaken... expresso). Expresso shot was dead and milk was over poured, it ruins the drink for people that actually want to taste thecoffee. Lines are put on our cups for a reason. I would have had them remake it but they were super busy so i was beingrespectful. But its getting old paying over $5 for a drink when it is not being made correctly. So i am asking management tohelp your employees slow down and take time with customers drinks, I'd rather wait for a good one than a bad one. Also, thebathrooms were neglected and absolutely disgusting that day we were there. Read more
My coffee was perfect, as usual. Bathroom needed attention. Barista was pleasant & my order was ready in "no time"
A true gem at the rest stop on I-40. When we last stopped the barista was extremely helpful in suggesting a seasonal flavor. It... was something I would not normally try and was delighted at their recommendation. I highly recommend this caffeine pick me up onmy road trips. Read more
