I arrived at the restaurant and was told by the police that the inside was closed to the public. I ordered the all-star at the... walk up window with bacon and cheese eggs. My total was $12.40 and I went on my way home. When I opened my food container, Idiscovered that they didn't add cheese to my eggs. The Warsaw location is closed for indoor dining at night!! Apparently they have just started this! I?ve eaten at this location... for years, and when I?m in town, I enjoy dining here late night, however now I can?t because they only offer ?to go? orders latenight. I enjoy going in to a dining room and sitting down to eat. Not walking up to a window and eating in my truck! I am verydisappointed at this location for closing their dining room! I went to the Warsaw location last Friday with my friends (4 of ustotal)around 10:30 PM, only to learn indoor dining was closed!!! We wanted to sit down and enjoy a nice meal, not eat in thetruck!!! So we all left and went to the McDonald?s next door! I will no longer dine at Waffle House in Warsaw because of this! I think this location is probably going to lose business because their dining room is closed late. I actually live in Raleigh,but visit family often in Warsaw. I used to look forward to getting my ?Waffle House Fix? when I come to Warsaw, but I?ll justsave it and get my fix at one of the Waffle Houses around RalEigh. To the manager at Warsaw; you?ve lost the business of me andmy 3 friends until you reopen the dining room for late night dining again. You can respond to my review in an arrogant,condescending way if you want?..and I know I?m just 1 dissatisfied customer along with my 3 friends, but just remember. The food was really good. The service, notsomuch... We got everything when we were supposed to, and maybe even a refill.... However, our server (wearing a trainer badge) couldn't be bothered to mumble more than a couple words. She clearly didn't seemtoo interested in providing good customer service; saying hello, how are you, thank you etc. When she came up she handed usmenus without a word. Sorry, our presence required her to do her job as a server. I was polite and respectful the entire time.It's sad our server couldn't do the same. You want a good filling breakfast, go here. The food was delicious and came at a timely manner we was served well! Yet when we were about ready to go we noticed that our... waitress was more interested on her phone or talking to every other person in the diner rather than us. We haven?t touched ourfood for nearly over 20min and watched as our waitress did everything else except for serve us. Normally I enjoy my outing when coming here to eat. However, the customer service has really gone down hill. The waitress,... Michelle, who attended us was nothing short of unprofessional with an attitude I?ve never seen before. An example, which I havemany but I?ll keep it short, is when I wanted to ask Michelle a question regarding the check since my family and I had beenfinished a long while ago and we had yet to receive it, she cut me off mid-way as I was speaking not wanting to hear me whichtook me by huge surprise. To not feel so awkward about it I simply laughed it off. Michelle is someone who needs to be trainedin any and all aspects of waitressing. The quality of the food was good. Read more
