Very disappointed with this trip. Store only takes exact cash and no cards. Staff was unfriendly, food was cold. Had to go... inside to get Napkins and all the containers were empty. I had to change my order 4 times, everything I was ordering they wereout of, per staff. I will definitely not spend anymore money with this store location. Read more

Restaurant had cars parked in the lot, but no one answering speaker, despite me being able to place a mobile order. No sign up... stating hours were different, so I called and was told they weren't serving breakfast. Might be helpful if you somehow told yourcustomers that instead of wasting their time. Read more
never been so annoyed at a wendy?s. the people slow as hell. they sit around laughing and talking with a long line in drive thru... and dine in. people are literally waiting to get served. im also confused as to why they put the slowest moving, hardest ofhearing person on front register!? i would?ve walked the hell out if i hadn?t come eight hours across the states and wasn?thungry as hell after the long drive. What made this experience worse was that the people were NICE! I stayed in line 10 minutes before they took my order. It took another 10 or 15 to get to the window when i get my order i check... as usual and my chicken nuggets when not fully cooked. I ask the guy could i get some fresh ones. He walked around the cornerpretending to get fresh ones but he came back to quick and i heard another gentleman in the back laughing when he said here arefresh ones sorry about that like i wasn't gonna check the bag again. The cashier at the drive thru refused to take our order due to the 4 pm shift not coming it yet. This happened at 4:06 pm. I... understand if the place was packed and he said it would take awhile but not flat out not serving my family and I. There was noother cars in line and no one in the parking lot. I suddenly developed this love for Wendy's so I was happy to run in for a few sandwiches. Slow. That's the only negative... adjective can use to describe this place. But the sandwiches were as juicy and tasty as I have known them to be. More attentionis given to the drive through lanes though so should you choose that option, you will likely leave happier ???? Took extra long,thought food would be hot cuz of wait time but was not. Well not be going back to that location
