China Inn has been my go-to for great food. However, prices have increased and food is not as good as previous owners. I would... not mind paying more, but the spring rolls were extremely small and $3.25 for two was not worth it. Also, I was charged $12.95for Hunan Shrimp but the menu stated $12.25; the owner was sitting there and told the woman at the cash register $12.95. Imentioned it but the price was not adjusted. May not seem like a lot, but that's ridiculous! May need to re-think where I spendmy money! Read more

We come to this buffet once a week. Everything is very delicious. We all love salt pepper shrimp and chicken teriyaki sticks.... Also their chicken broccoli is very delicious! Read more

Decided to take my wife and children for dinner on this wonderful Sunday afternoon. The food was good, however the customer... service was horrible. The waitress approached the table with the worst attitude I?ve witn. When asking for our drink orders, shewas extremely short and curt while we were making our decision with our 6 year old. Whenever she did her ?check-ins?, she neverfully approached the table (while asking if there was anything we needed). She took a very loud and aggressive sounding phonecall on the business? line about getting a ride to fix a broken cell phone (I?m assuming this is what warranted her unfriendlyattitude). The worst was when we asked for the bill and another lady asked us how many drinks we had, to which we replied fourand one child. When our ?waitress? went to get the tab, she loudly told the other lady I was lying. To which my wife approachedthe situation and explained we both had a refill a piece, except our daughter. The entire situation was uncomfortable andunwarranted. We will definitely be taking our monies elsewhere in the future. Customer service makes or breaks a business, andas far as I can tell, from the emptiness of the inside, it?s breaking this business. Read more

New owners who lie about former owner Horrible food. One dish missing refused to refund stating "how do we know you didn't get... something and didn't like it? You probably ate it you need to bring it back" We were patrons of this restaurant for manyyears, travel from Reedville. Don't need this kind of attitude from new owners who can not take responsibility. Food had somuch red pepper flakes in it, rice was mush, egg food young was in some sort of greasy red hot sauce. Other dishes were equallyas bad. Have never seen so many dishes be so terrible. Read more
