Disappointing. Shrimp scampi was sitting in a couple of cups of sauce, and the cheese on the chicken Parm was a glob of unmelted... cheese in another 4 cups of sauce. The bread was stale. I wish someone knew how to cook Italian food in Warwick. Won't bereturning. Read more

This place honestly has the worst customer service I have ever experienced they are beyond rude, Ignorant and highly racist will... curse you out in a heartbeat for their own mistakes not worth it especially when there are way better pizza places in town Read more

I called in an order for the first time after going in and eating there a few times. I asked for the Capri, which is always made... there as a white ricotta pizza with shrimp and garlic. I guess I called too close to closing time.I was rushed out as soon as Ipicked it up. The three older guys inside were turning off the lights as I walked in. I had taken a quick look at the pie inthe dark and left. I get home and realize it was made with red sauce and mozzarella, so I called right back to let them know,but nobody answered. I wasn't really surprised, because one of the guys had left before I even had my food. I call back thenext day and ask for a replacement. I'm instantly screamed at that I can no longer order from them because I "bothered" them byordering right when they wanted to leave. And once I knew my order was a mistake, I should've called right away. (Even thoughthis guy admitted they left right after I paid.) He then decides to tell me that a Capri is never made as a white pizza, so itwas MY mistake. I decide to go back in and talk in person calmly. I am told to leave and never come back. I said, "Fine, justgive me a refund." He says, "NO, YOU BRINGA MY PIZZA BACKA!' I unfortunately didn't save it overnight, so I get nothing. Read more

Rude service on the phone I've gotten food from this place before, but after today I cannot recommend it. The incident occurred... between 7 and 8 PM. I placed an order for a personal-size veggie pizza and wanted to ask if they put olives on it. The man onthe phone hung up before I could ask. I called back to try and ask again, and he hung up on me. So I ordered from Benito'sinstead. Later, the man called and asked if I was going to get my order. I told him no and tried to explain why, and once againhe hung up on me. I have never experienced this when ordering pizza, or any other food. I strongly recommend that themanagement address the problem. Unless I can be assured that they have, I will not order from this business again. Read more

I placed an order for delivery and I must say I could not have had a better experience!!! The food came on time and the delivery... guy was amazing! He was very nice and made sure everything was correct. A few days later we went in to get a few slices and hewas folding pizza boxes, helping behind the counter, and doing anything and everything needed. This guy does it all. Inaddition, I could tell that he was very nice to his boss and fellow employees. It was clear the respect his coworkers gave himand the comradery between them. The owner could not have hired a better employee. The service he gave was outstanding. I wouldhighly recommend getting a delivery order from Franicos and make sure to tip!!! He deserves it!! A single rude employee is the reason I won't go back. Here's why: A family member of mine placed an order over the phone, give... credit card info, and I was charged with picking it up after work. We hadn't been to this place in years and wanted to try theirfood again. Big mistake. I walked in to pick up my order, gave my family name, and the woman at the register (middle aged woman,dark hair, glasses, probably been working there a while from what I could tell) told me I had no order there. I asked her tocheck again because we had been confirmed our order over the phone and had given credit card information. She didn't botherlooking, simply demanded that I had called their *other* location by mistake, and I should go there. I walked out of thebuilding to call my family member who placed the order, and they were able to confirm that the Warwick location, where I wasstanding, was the place they called. My family member called the location and, quite rightly so, wanted to know what hadhappened and who took the credit card info if no order was placed (a valid concern.) From what I'm told, more attitude was givenover the phone to my family before I even had a chance to walk back inside. I got to hear the tail end of the exchange, and Iwas not happy with what was said to my family, and then she hung up on them with a slam of the phone! I stood there andrepeated, yet again, that I had an order here and to check again. This time, she called another woman from the other room, whowas apparently a new hire. This was the person who took our order and ran it through. She explained to the first woman that itwas sitting in the cabinet not *six feet from the register* where pick-up orders waited for customers to arrive. My order wasright there behind the glass, and was one of only two there. Plainly visible.
