Staff and service was slow, but friendly. Waited 20-30 mins. Gluten-free Pizza was definitely delicious.
This place is just fun. I love being able to watch the kitchen. It gives you something to do when you're waiting for your food.... And since they prepare everything fresh here, you know that it's gonna take a few minutes. So I enjoy watching them. Thebathroom is older, but clean and smells good. The food was awesome. I think that chicken piccata is excellent. They're broccolichicken pizza is so tasty. And they have the best bread this side of the Mississippi! Lexi, our waitress, was phenomenal. Shemight be the best waitress that we've had in the last year in the restaurant. You hopefully, Pride yourself in having this womanbecause she is phenomenal. She treated my kids amazing and that to me is huge and she was so sweet and so attentive. We'll beback soon enough. Thank you Bertucci's. Read more
Worst experience I ever had in my entire life. My little girl wanted to eat here so we decided to wait an hour wait just to be... seated. After we was seated the waitress never came by our table to take our orders or drinks. After about half an hour pass Ihad to ask the manager if she could at least give us water. After the water was served we continue to wait for the waitress totake our order. Another half hour pass and I had to pull a waitress over and asked her if anyone was going to take our order.She was shocked that no one came to our table. Literally took our order 2 hours have passed and we still haven’t gotten ourfood. We entered the restaurant around 6:30pm/6:45pm. And it was 8:50 when I gotten up and asked to speak to manager because ourfood never came to the table. Manager was nice and apologized for the entire experience and bill was in the house. By the timeour food came to the table it was 9:13pm I asked to take it to go because at this point I wasn’t even hungry anymore. More ofbeing upset because my 5yrs old daughter was waiting so patiently from when we walked in till we left. There shouldn’t be noreason for a child have to wait that long for food. They need a better system. Unfortunately I don’t see myself coming hereagain. And the only reason I wanted was because my daughter was craving to eat here so badly. If not I would have left the placeas soon as they said it will be an hour wait. I have read reviews about how this restaurant serve the Hispanic and black peoplehere and I didn’t want to believe it but after that experience I would want to believe so. Read more
Restaurant was clean, service was poor. We arrived at a time that was not overly busy. It was well staffed. Drinks came quick,... then we sat and waited….and waited and waited more. We had our son with us who ordered spaghetti and meatballs. His meal camelast and was cold. All of our food was cold and undercooked. They comped us 10$ but we won’t return. Read more

We went for the soup and salad special but they didn't have the soup with the meatballs so instead they had Lobster biskett... soup. Very good. I had a glass of White sangria, just need it to be a bit stronger Lol. Read more
The food was great although it could have been a lot cheaper since it is comparable to Olive Garden and they give you a whole... tour of Italy for the same price. I like that they serve drinks here as well because it seemed like it was a small pizzeria atfirst and then I realized it had a lot more options. Would definitely be more inclined to come here if they were their prices byfive dollars per pie. Read more
Good pizza! Only issue i have with this place is that it seems as if they have some kind of scam going on here with the people... at checkout! Second time we've ordered take out on Tuesday for the buy 1 get 1 free pizza deal they have and AGAIN, the girlclaimed to have forgotten to put the code in for the deal and tried charging me full price! Seems a bit odd that someone whoworks there would "forget" to put in for the deal. Makes me wonder...... Read more
