Very sad to say it wasn't a great experience. Been overseas for 7 years and came back really wanting some of the best wings and... service I remembered. I also wanted my wife who had never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings try it out for the first time...Unfortunately we sat for 30 minutes before we had to get up and ask if anyone was going to service our table. The disappointingpart is the lack of customer service. I understand if you're short staffed or busy...but just a simple stop by to say sorry I'llbe right with you guys goes a long way. We also had to ask a different waiter for utensils and dishes. It was only 4 or 5 othertables occupied at the time. The food came out an hour later. Read more
Update- so it's been 3 years since I've been here and wow! Tracy the GM and her team here are unreal! The food was AMAZING!... Nachos and wings were delicious! Servi e was top notch! Awesome visit. We got seated right away. Place was pretty dead though. Our waitress was attentive but not overbearing. The food... came out in a reasonable time frame. Wings were decently meaty, and the sauces/rubs were very good. Will eat there again forsure. Read more
If I could this negative star I would. I placed my order at 4pm and it said it would be ready at 5pm ok no problem. I get there... at 4:57 and there is a girl already waiting. No one even acknowledges us there and it's been 20 minutes. I get you're shortstaffed but you still need to have someone check to see what we're waiting in. I waited there for 30 minutes before someone cameto ask for our names and you know what the food was in the back and it was cold! I paid money for cold food. My fried pickleswere disgusting because it sat there and it wasn't warmed at all. Oh and the portion size of the fried pickles are a joke! Read more
Ordered delivery. Half the order was missing, the food was poorly made/assembled. Ordered the guacamole Burger and received a... bacon burger with maybe a teaspoon of guac. I thought it was a joke. Understand there is a staffing shortage, but for what Ipaid this is completely unacceptable. Read more
I'm actually stunned by how terrible this place is. After a nice shopping day with my fiance he wanted to go get some drinks and... lunch so we decided to try this place since neither one of us had ever been. As soon as we walked in the foul odor slammed usin the face but we were so hungry we shrugged it off. We were sat a few minutes later and that's pretty much where it ends. Wewere both dying of thirst and couldn't wait to get a drink.. anything water..soda..but the opportunity never happened. We wereignored 100% after sitting there for TWENTY MINUTES. No one came over and said anything to us. Funny that 2 men came in and weresat after us and got served right away. We literally had no sever, sat in a booth and deliberately ignored. The older ladywaiting tables saw us and just decided she didn't want to serve me apparently. After waiting there for over 20 minutes at thispoint I realized this place was an absolute joke. We just walked out. No one stopped us or even still acknowledged us..absolutely insane. I felt really discriminated against and unwanted there for whatever reason.. unacceptable. This chainportrays a fun, laid back friendly environment and that couldn't be any farther from the truth. It's dirty, dead and service isthe worst I've experienced.
