Worst burger King I have ever been to. Manager knew nothing about how to add a coupon to an order. Said if we did order it would... be 40 mins for food. He was beyond rude swearing like nobody could hear him. Extremely unprofessional. Not to mention the poorwoman who was on her lunch break and was late back to work and still had no food.. she politely asked for her money back..theythan threw the bag on the counter and said here you need anything else! Came BK just b4 my shift around 10:45pm. Surprised to be met with a pleasant greeting & employees with good energy so late in... the night. Kudos.. True definition of great customer service. Just went through the drive through 20 minutes before closing. I had to drive up to the window to order my food because I'd been... sitting at the speaker for ten minutes. Lady took my order, charged my card, and disappeared for another ten minutes. Ifinally just gave up and drove away. I want my money back BK Lounge. Read more
BK is expensive compared to its lead competitor. We ordered shakes. They are not cheap. They were less than full. The breakfast... sandwiches tend to be soft and land, of a quality you could get in the frozen food case at a discount grocer. For me to give five stars to a BK is really saying something. The afternoon crew here is awesome. The food is always spot on.... Hot fries, fresh burgers, veggies that are actually crisp and not wilted. It's refreshing to have found a fast-food spot wherethe employees actually care about the food they send out. Read more
Drive thru is pretty quick. Food is typical BK. I always loved the Whopper with cheese.
