Placed an order on sunday 9/25 at 2:15 for a 2:50 pick up. Arrived to a locked door and an employee stating they open at 3pm.... Google states 11am and online ordering was open. Came back at 3:15, door is still locked, and employees have shut lightsoff. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. They will not answer the phone. I have paid for my meal and received nothing.Will updated if I recieve a refund. Edit: they have refunded my money and claim to have forgotten to shut online orderingoff. This is the best taco spot hands down! There hard Tacos are $1 each and cannot be beat. I can polish off 10 in a sitting. Food... and sauces are always hot and fresh, the people are always super friendly. Only downside is food is slow coming out of thekitchen so be prepared to wait, especially if they are even the tiniest bit busy. But if you're in no rush the food isdefinitely worth the wait. So tacos are my absolute favorite food and I haven't eaten all day so I swung into the first place I saw and ordered whatever... the special was. Let me tell you it was special and probably the best food I've ever eaten. The food was made fresh but didn'ttake long at all. The tacos were so flavorful and the crunch when I bit into them. Did the Monday special and it was great. I like this place a lot more than others in the neighborhood. The burritos are so good,... definitely worth the $. The proportions are great, I can?t always eat the whole thing. Read more

I went to California Taco Shop after a quick side gig. I was immediately drawn in to the colorful dining area. On the left was... the counter to order. I ended up ordering the nacho fries with shredded chicken. Which looked and sounded delicious. By thetime I was able to eat it, about an hour and a half later, it was still slightly warm, and a tasty mess of melted cheese,chicken, and potato-ey goodness. Two spoonfuls of guacamole and sour cream stood atop the carbohydrate madness. Of note wasthat some of the fries looked like they bonded to the styrofoam the food was placed in. That didn't look too appetizing. Thestaff there were friendly and the food prepared in about 10-15 minutes. No score on sustainability or Covid precaution safetymeasures. Read more
Enjoyed some grilled chicken and charro crispy taco supremes. The charro was a mix of steak and chorizo and had good flavor and... came with some sauces. The tacos were in the smaller side, but can't complain as they are inexpensive and the shells were nice.Tons of protein options for tacos as well as many other menu items to pick from. I walked in and ordered takeout and waitedabout 20 minutes so calling ahead may be your best bet. Parking is a bit weird and the shop is near a right turn only light. Thestaff were friendly and helpful and the interior was clean and had tables to sit at and eat--no table service. Read more
I got the birria and hard supreme tacos. All the ingredients were really fresh. Tasted great. I didn't have to wait. Prices... were good. Birria tacos were huge. The side of hot sauce was extremely spicy. ???? ???? Maybe a little too spicy. I like spicysauce but I don't expect to start choking. Read more
