I was extremely disappointed after I waited in line for 15 minutes and ordered a burrito bowl and there were hardly any black... beans to have, no corn salsa, and barely a few tablespoons of guacamole to put on my meatless bowl. There were no chipsavailable to purchase. As for cleanliness, there was food spilled all over the counter, nothing like I've ever seen at a counterservice restaurant like this. Read more
This store is the biggest disappointment of the chipotle brand. I?ve had nothing but issues here; Anything from vulgar music,... massive order delays (45m+), filthy conditions, to skimping on portions. You?re better off making to drive to another location. The food at Chipotle is good but the service at THIS PARTICULAR chipotle is awful. They take orders slowly and some of the staff... came off as cold and unfriendly. Sometimes the the tables have bits of food still left on it which kinda puts me off mymeal. There is hope however. There staff looks incredibly new and bearing that in mind I won't give this a 1 star rating(1meaning I'm never coming back). There is considerable room to improve and it wouldn't be fair to not give them another chance.With any luck their staff will retain teammates instead of constantly turning them over and resetting their experience pool. Food quality is good. Service, however, was terrible. 3pm on a Wednesday. 3 customers in the store. Trash cans are all full.... Tables are messy. The store is out of forks. Portion sizes are all wrong. I won?t come back to this location. Read more
You better off ordering online and get it delivered for about the same price of walking in... I ordered 3 chicken hard shell tacos for pick up and I come back to my desk at work to this ????. 2 out of 3 tacos were all... crushed and falling apart. Oh and that big chunk of cheese smh. The staff at this store need to do better. Read more
I ordered guacamole with my bowl and didn?t get any and the bag of chips had maybe like 20 chips in it. Waste of money. The only... reason it?s not a 1 star is because it actually tastes decent. Read more
