Awful..spent my whole 30 min lunch break waiting for a sandwich. And when i asked about it. It was still 3 tickets behind. DO... NOT go there if you are trying to get in and out. I was the third person to get a refund because they took to long. Everyonethat works there seems to be doing 1 thing at a time instead of multitasking. This is absolutely the wrong way to run asandwich shop. It starts at the top. Read more

I visited this location the other day, staff was amazing especially the manager. She was super helpful and clearly doing a... million things at once, but you could tell she was handling it all very well. My sandwich came out great, 100% would come back.You guys were awesome! Read more

My work orders from here a lot, and recently our order was really messed up and we were given a credit. Today when we tried to... use the credit, I was on the phone for over an hour between locations trying to redeem my credit and this location said therewas no credit, called another location they saw the credit but said we can't redeem it there and it has to be the location itwas issued from. Called back and told the lady this info and she still said there was no credit. I asked for a manager and shesaid "she is elbow deep in chicken and can't talk" I asked if someone could take her place so we can resolve this issue and shesaid no. I just don't understand how a business can operate like this? The woman was no friendly on the phone and gave me and mycoworker an attitude the 3x we called. Read more

Quick, quality, you want your lunch done fast and right, or at least exactly as you ordered it? Come here. Staff is polite and... courteous above and beyond the call even for a chain location. Unlike certain nexuses, they have no intention to hex or vex yourday with ill will. They even let you know when certains supplies have changed brand. E.g. the gravy for their thanksgiving sub.Best store in WW. Read more

My son and I came in for lunch, while my daughter was at an appointment. I ordered our sandwiches and we went to pick her up?.... Only to find out that I ordered hers wrong. I went back and told them I messed up, the staff said no problem and made us a freshsandwich without a sigh, eye roll or complaint. They were so kind and polite and understanding. I will visit every time I?m inthe mood for a good quality sandwich from an outstanding staff!!!! Read more
