I have been coming to this Dunkin for years and I love the people who work there. However, I have had multiple problems with... them forgetting things from my mobile order. They constantly forget something or give me the wrong order: I have tried to givethem the benefit of the doubt but it just keeps happening. The other day they yet again gave me the wrong order, I went back toget the rest of my order because they forgot my bagel and hash-browns. Once I got home I realized they didn?t give me creamcheese with my bagel. It?s more frustrating because the food is for my kids and they constantly forget my donuts or get my foodwrong or they forget my cream cheese or they give me the completely wrong order altogether! During February vacation however, Ididn?t have any problems and all of my orders were perfect but once February vacation ended my orders went back to normal againwith things missing or the wrong items. It?s getting to the point where I think it?s on purpose and it?s not even an accidentanymore because my orders are not that hard I literally get the same thing every day they know who I am and they still get myorder wrong. I never have any problems like this at any other Dunkin I go to. It?s very inconvenient for me to constantly havemy order wrong which is the reason why I won?t be coming back to this Dunkin again. The one near CVS is much better because theynever get my order wrong. Read more

I try not to come here but once in a while I do since it's at the end of my street. The service is slow. Half of there donuts... are not marked what they are. An most of the employees are either busy talking or look half asleep. Just unprofessional Read more

Service is great for donuts and coffee but anything that requires assembly like breakfast sandwiches are consistently incorrect.... Ordered a sandwich, made it all the way home before I realized it was just bread and cheese. Drove back and they offered toremake it which was great, and they got the bacon this time but still forgot the egg. Read more

I've been going here for years out of convenience. I live less than a half mile away. Most recently, the past two years. Service... has gone downhill. I have tipped very well, especially during this pandemic. In hopes service would improve. But today was theworst experience I've had in a while. I was in a hurry. Went to drive thru. I ordered 2 coffees and 3 donuts. I had to repeatorder 3 times in the speaker. I get to the window. The young man takes my card. Charges it. Opens window and says what do youwant for your 5 donuts. I said I only ordered 3. He takes a few minutes and gives me money back and apologized. He says what 3donuts do you want? ( Basically 5th time I've said the order. ) I tell him. It takes two times to get them. Ok. Window closes Iwait in a now very long line.. Feels like forever but close to a minute. A girl comes to window and says did you pay yet? I saidyes I'm waiting on 2 coffees. I say them again. She hands me something. I can see it's visibly wrong. She says no it's right.She asks a friend. She says your right he's making the right one. She hands me another visably wrong coffee. I say it's supposedto be black. She hands me a black coffee . I put it in drive and tell her this is still wrong. It's supposed to be large. Icouldn't take it anymore. So I still got charged for a large and got the wrong order. I think they lost my business... Read more

Went in and ordered two coffees and two donuts. The girl complaining it was to busy. Yet there was no one behind me. Both... coffees were made wrong. But she dropped my cup on the floor and still used it???? and never gave me my donuts. I hopemanagement sees this on camera. What a waste of money ???? Read more
