My sandwich was destroyed when I opened it. Asked for 2 Ranch which I paid for and got zero. Something so simple done so wrong

This is out absolute favorite place for pizza when we are in town. A short walk from the marina and the best assortment of pizza... and wings. Sean was very accommodating and the entire staff is a pleasure every time. Hands down, the best in Greenwich Bay.Cheers! Read more

I have ordered from this franchise in 3 different locations. Oakland beach warwick,west shore road warwick and west warwick... warwick. Every single time I have ordered something it was messed up. Cold bacon and cheese fries,twisty toes baked in my breadin my sandwich, I ordered a steak and cheese and chicken parm grinder and got 2 chicken parms. Today I order a 4 item appsampler and instead of getting Mac and cheese bites, broccoli bites,mozz sticks and hot poppers I got 13 Mac and cheese bites 3broccoli bites and one mozz stick. On top of that I ordered one small order of wings which I never received because instead Igot an order of mozz sticks. When they finally delivered the wings they where all mushy. Did ya even cook em!? All I can say isscrew this place and the franchise. For the amount of money they charge the negligence and poor quality of food, they should beclosed down. I can understand messing up once and a while specially when it?s busy but every franchise?!?! Avoid ordering atall cost. Read more

Food wasn?t too bad but the prices are crazy. 10.50 for Philly cheesesteak egg rolls so I was expecting like 5 or 6 but there... was only 2 and then my mozzarella sticks were all busted open with the cheese outside of them and they were all stuck together.When I saw them I was like wow how can you deliver something like this. I was told they were short on staff but this is the deal!! I called to place an order that I was going to pick up and the guy... was asking me what I wanted as I'm telling him pepperoni cheese and hot peppers I hear him talking to another person notactually paying attention so I hung up and went there ordered my food told the girl behind the counter about my situation andall she says to me is sorry we're short on staff. Now you know that Twisted Pizza is a chain so I think they could afford to paysome employees a little more money so that they wouldn't be short on staff and I'm sure they would get more business Read more
