Very surprised and disappointed on how this place has gone down hill. Twice my son ordered fries and both times they were thrown... out due to being old or re-fried to fill an order. I had ordered the Singapore Fried Noodles and just couldn't believe how dryand flavorless it was. I do believe management should be keeping a closer eye on the cooks they are hiring, and what they appearto be pushing out the door. Just ordered a chicken club with fries. Imagine what it looked like when I received it in a bag onit's side, again fries thrown out. I overlooked first, second, but this third time made me realize it was time to give thisplace up for a place a bit more reputable in the area. The one star is for the delivery making it here. i?m extremely disappointed in the food flavors. the general tso?s chicken was bland, no flavor. the fried dumplings were so... incredibly sweet they tasted almost like a dessert. this place is always super busy i figured it would be delish, but nope. onthe plus side, delivery was fast about 30 minutes and you can tell they use very high quality ingredients. I have been going here for 15 years and had never gotten a bad plate. Tonight I ordered over $100 in take out for a group and... every single combo was absolutely disgusting. The generals chicken had no sauce on it, (4 orders) , the boneless spare ribs hadnothing bit fat, the Rangoons taste like they dug them out of the Oakland beach playground, the chicken fingers with gravy camewithout gravy and where like chewing on chicken jerky wrapped in sponges. Was near Conimicut Point and me and a friend wanted to eat something nearby and found this place. It was rather dimly lit but... had a wooded high ceiling field. They seated and served us right away and actually had the food all ready super quick (weordered mainly appetizers). It was alot of food (like very filling for each items - being all appetizers), which was cool (tastewas was ok). I feel like I would use/hire them for catering and big gatherings and for the amount of food i thought maybe 70 ormore but it was lil under 60. We ordered spare ribs, fried dumplings, beef teriyaki, spring rolls, and a few other things. Thelady server was a sweet heart too. Read more
So we ordered delivery tonight at work waited almost an hour for the delivery. Asked for the chicken and garlic sauce to be... extra mild . Wasn?t anything close how about over the top HOT. $76 and a $15 delivery tip for some of the worst food.what adisappointment Read more
