Do you like heavy metal... in your food? Found what looks like a mangled staple in my fried rice. As my fortune cookie says... "You thrive by serving others" so the helpful message here is to use caution when eating here. Thankfully, I didn't get thishidden in a fork full of food. The overworked person at the counter AND register was apologetic and said that they were told bysomeone in the back room to ask if I wanted a replacement. I thanked them, just kept the spring rolls and walked. I realizethis can happen anywhere but I haven't had it happen anywhere else before. Been eating at Panda Express for decades until now. Ordered online for a specific time and when I arrived was told to wait at least 10 min for them to start the order.... I ordered... at a time because I have a family of 5 and we order different places.....so their incompetent attention to the time left mineand my daughters food ice cold in the car by the time it was ready. Food quality and service is very bad. They didn?t even turn the lights on. Looks like kids run this place.
One person serving and she is currently cleaning, SLOWLY, rather than getting the line moving. Sign says the kitchen will close... at 4 because of being short staffed. By far the best Chinese takeout around. The food is always fresh and you can even see all the fresh cut vegetables in the... cooler. We shared a plate of orange chicken and fried rice which was more than enough for two people. Read more
Just called to ask what chicken flavors they had. He told me alot of chicken. I asked him if he could name them because one day... I had a diff kind and then they did not have it the next time.
