I had ubereats deliver dinner tonight. I had the half berry salad with a cranberry chicken salad. It is delicious. The greens... are fresh and crisp. Nothing wilted here. The half sandwich was full of Chicken salad and more than enough. Everything is veryflavorful. Will definitely be going back Ok so it was so good last night I ordered it again tonight and it was a disappointment.The salad was way smaller. Had no candied pecans and the chicken salad was on the dry side. If I had gotten this order first Iwould have to think about going back. Read more
My entire office (West Shore Dental) LOVES Saladworks! And I am not even a big salad fan- but I caught myself going twice in one... day LOL! I get the Asian chicken salad. The salads are big- sometimes we even split them. I definitely recommend Saladworks! Read more
Sue was great! I don't eat meat, so she suggested that I put tofu on what I was ordering which I hadn't considered was an... option. It's nice having a place I can eat, having the staff let me know what my options are, and it tasted great! Willdefinitely be going again. Read more
Wonderful first experience. You have to fold the containers after your meal which can be problematic when wearing dress clothes
I read the reviews before going here because I?ve never been before, and was a little worried about trying it out due to the... negative reviews. However, I?m shocked they didn?t have more stars for their rating. My salad was great! I ordered the AsianCrispy Chicken Salad, and it was full of flavor and fresh. The portions are big, which was great because normally when I order asalad somewhere they overcharge for the tiniest thing, and you end up still hungry. You get what you pay for here, and get fulloff a hearty salad. I did an online order for pick up, and I did not interact with staff so I can?t speak about that. My totalwas about $12 and change for just a salad, I didn?t alter the salad in anyway, just as is. The only downside is they shouldserve the salad with a bigger thing of dressing considering the size of the salad. Other then that, it was very good! Read more
Never, ever going back. This was our second time going into Saladworks after a disastrous first attempt (extremely slow service,... incorrect order, dressing was left uncovered and spilled all over the food trays and inside of our bag, no napkins or utensilsprovided, cashier didn't know how to apply a coupon code). This time around, while the wait was shorter (clocking in at 25minutes), the service was terrible. I noticed what seemed like food service violations in the handling of ingredients, and theserving of the food. The counter is never wiped clean. The food containers are thrown around onto other dirty surfaces andrefilled to be placed back into the same area with other food. Upon finally arriving home with my salad, after another checkoutin which the cashier struggled to understand how to use my coupon, I began to eat my salad. It was very soggy but the worst partis that there was a bug in my salad. I cannot bring myself to return there. Read more
Used to come here all the time and enjoyed the food. Until today, 8/18, we watched a worker come from the back room, gloves on,... touching a rag (is it clean? We don?t know so you have to assume it?s not clean) and goes right to preparing food and throws thelettuce tongs back in with the clean lettuce. What if there was raw chicken on those gloves? Then there would be raw chicken inthe lettuce. Unacceptable - then the worker threw a fit because we asked him to change his gloves. Which brings us to my nextpoint - food safety. Are they changing gloves after handling non food items like money? The Heath Department should be notifiedand proper training is a must. Sorry probably not coming back anytime soon. Sucks because we enjoyed the salads and wentfrequently. Read more
