Worst burnt un edible burgers ever

One of the worst meals I have eaten. Burger was dry and burnt, hard to chew and swallow, could not finish (and had not eaten in... 11hrs so ordered a double). Found restaurant on google trying new food to order after work last night, Had ordered off of door dash and was missing both... fries and extra sauce I had payed for. I had received just the burgers and drinks BUT, I DID enjoy the burger so did myboyfriend. Although, I had called and left a message about my missing items and the manager completely disregarded. If customerservice was better, this place could maybe be something. But again, I did enjoy the burger. Just very disappointed with myexperience. Read more

Ordered from door dash. First off the burgers were dry and burnt. Fries were cold and tasteless. I ordered the mushroom combo... with no sauce just cheese and mushrooms I got tomatoes and pickles and NO MUSHROOMS ????????. All the sandwiches were madewrong.
