Called ahead to order our 2 large pizzas and was told 20 mins. No problem get there a little early but close to the 20 mins and... waited patiently. After a while the hostess said they messed up on the size of one of the pizzas and another one is cooking. Oknot the end of the world but an extra wait now and my other pizza was getting cold. She finally came out with 2 small pizzas andone large which we were told was an advantage but I now have 2 cold pizzas and one hot one. Overall we had enough for everyonebut we definitely could've had a better experience. Honestly it's been a while since I've been to a Uno and the restaurant wasactually updated and looked nice. I'm sure dinning in a bit safer for freshness and time. Read more
This particular restaurant has been located here for decades and has always been a favorite of mine. However, on my last visit... to the States I was sadly disappointed with the lack of cleanliness, amateur service and poor quality of food. The sister storein Providence is highly recommended and I cannot recommend this restaurant in Warwick as place to dine. Read more
We drive to Uno which has one entrance and exit. We missed it and makes this location likely horrible if you're not a local like... myself. We walk in and the host is on the phone hearing she will receive a party of 17. She is flustered at this idea and wetell her we're a party of two and she is still flustered at us...I look around and see a minimally seated area and I'm puzzledas to how i'm inconveniencing her when this is a Saturday night. Any pizza place should be packed especially located near a mallduring this hour. We get seated and the waitress is actually super nice, friendly, and attentive, but I can tell she isstretched thin as she is making drinks at the bar and also seeing tables. (under staffed maybe?) With this in mind our food wasarriving with some delay. The food...Well The wings were standard wings nothing to write home about. The pizza was quite dry andthe crust was mediocre, so much that we didn't want too take it home and ate half of it. We did order the dessert which tookawhile to arrive as well, but you cant mess up brownie and ice cream. I will say the sticky tables didn't make for an appealingpresentation. Overall this is a chain restaurant similar to an Applebee's, chilis, etc. and they all seem to have similar issueslike this. Only saving grace to our visit was the waitress and I hope they value her hard work. Read more
Ordered uno personal pizza and a chicken pasta stuffed with cheese and broccoli. Ate one slice of pizza and 3 bites of the... pasta. Asked for extra Alfredo sauce to try cover up the taste. Didn’t work, food was very unpleasant to taste. Literally wasmaking me sick while eating it. Now After $25 spent, I still have to find another place to eat. Save your $$$$$ Read more
We visit for my daughter’s birthday and we were very pleased. It was a Monday night so it wasn’t too busy. The food is what... you can expect from a chain: tasty with some minor tweaks (add salt, sprinkle some lime and a touch of hot sauce) but theservice was exceptional. Our waiter was very accommodating and prompt. I want to say his name is Brian but I might be wrong.Anyways, he was very attentive and recommended the big slice chocolate cake -which we got- and liked so it gets a 4/5 stars inmy book. Read more
It’s chain food - but I love the deep dish. Not fine dining but exactly what I anted. Short on staff so took a little longer... than normal- but staff was friendly and kept me informed of the delay. Read more
