If I could give less and one star I would have. Dirty, service slow yet not busy and my grandson became sick after eating 4... chicken nuggets. Wasssga Beach 1 not busy on Aug 2, I think food was either too old or reheated. Not impressed. Read more
*AVOID THIS LOCATION* 1 I asked for Sprite and whatever was given to me tasted like stale water, the water from the lake across... the road tastes way better. 2 I stood there for 10 minutes with the staff walking around doing nothing and taking my order wastheir least priority. 3 The quarter pound has nothing to do with the ad picture, and tasted gross. My one experience here was pretty bad. I was the only customer who ordered and was waiting for food and it took forever (the... food tasted okay, hence the 2 stars). Half of the food was given to me 10 minutes before the other half. All during my waitingan employee (member of management I believe) was on the patio with 3 other employees and they were arguing about not gettingpaid. It was very unprofessional. While waiting for my food the employees in the back were also talking about the same thing.They really should have met somewhere else and not talked and argued with each other around all the people who were trying toenjoy their meals. Was regretted to get a glass of boiled water!!!!!! Manager is rude, said she don't have a boiled water (having it in front of... me!!!). After some time spend on argue with me she finally sold it for 1$ She better to clean this trashy smelled place and washher hands properly to not have a dirt under her nails. Read more
Very unfriendly staff when I came in yesterday (15/09/18). Last weekend for good beach weather. I thought I would go and get my... meals. I paid for my food and asked for an extra cup (I was willing to pay like 0.25 cents or extra for it but was told that itis $1.00. I even got my mozzarella sticks and noticed the yound lady closed my bag without me checking it so I asked her if sheplaced my marinara sauce in the bag and was told, "We're out". Ok...then maybe you should've given me the cup free if you wantedto cheap me out. Just to give visitors an idea of how overpriced their food is, their chicken fries alone, is priced at $5.99when other locations are priced at $3.99. Forget about their other combos, it is ridiculous and they never carry the deals (probably because of location). I would absolutely spend my money on Burger King but just NOT at this location. Spend the extracash at the open restaurants not far away, have a beer and watch the view from above the strip instead. Some of the negativereviews that were posted here are the solid truth but had very low ratings. Never a good experience with this place and itsemployees (but they sure know how to take your money!). I know my review is going to get opposition (somewhere), but we go forthe warmth...not the cold (treatment). Read more
Burger King was clean and tidy, burger was fresh and despite the weather the workers still had smiles on their faces! Best... Burger King, freshest burgers, the owner really seems to maintain his equipment and care for his staff. Read more
