Walked in for dinner with my husbsnd, I had to ask if anyone was working here out loud as multiple times staff just walked by... us standing at the counter without even an ounce of acknowledgement, like no one thought to ask us what we'd like to order, yetwe could see a couple standing around, honestly they need some form of mature management there to show them what customerservice is. It was a long weekend...however long wait in drive thru and our pumpkin pie blizzard and skor blizzard which was supposed to be... coffee crisp blizzard were melted and not served upside down as they were melted. Like soupy. Did not complain as it was a longwait and didnt want to get anouther soupy blizzard. Good news is we wont be craving DQ for a treat anytime soon. We also ordereda dilly bar which was melted as well. I think our order sat on the counter while we were waiting a long time in drive thru. Read more
The service here is not good at all. Almost every time I walk into this DQ to make an order, they either mess it up or take too... long. I walked in a bit ago and I sat there with my family for a whole 10 minutes, as workers walked by and looked us in theeyes? not providing us with service. The food is always well done, however, the employees (almost all teenagers) chat and aren?tprioritizing your meal. Read more
Was in Wasaga Beach on that weekend , just visiting the area. With friends and family. We all decided to stop at Dairy Queen for... Ice cream . Clean location and friendly and good service. When we are back in the loca areal will definitely stop in again. Read more
Service is as quick as can be with the number of tourists during the summer. Staff are always friendly and polite. Wheelchair... ramp and parking are easily accessed. Read more

Went to get some blizzards for the family on a beautiful Sunday evening. Super busy drive thru so we decided to go inside. ... Service was amazing even though the line was crazy, staff were so kind and caring. Unfortunately, one lady came in and verballyabused the staff at cash who were doing their best and being very efficient. All because she wanted her cake written on rightthere and then and because she had to wait a moment (which the staff explained very clearly and politely), so then, she startedinsulting them. My group and another very kind customer stood up for the amazing cashier. Staff at Dairy Queen Wasaga Beach,we told you at the time but we want to say it again, you are AWESOME, you are doing your best and deserve complete respect! Youguys are killing it! Read more
