The food was brilliant. Super fresh with an amazing friendly staff taking my order.
I can only comment on the service as there was only on customer and myself there. And as I cannot eat solid food anymore and go... by sight only. I find it truly a shame that the Burgers and serving portions at all restaurants are so small now. But it didsmell fantastic and the staff at this Harvey's were polite fast and friendly. Read more

Numerous bad experiences from rude staff, not getting cheese when paid for (this happens almost every time), no straws for... drinks, ice in my drink when I ask for no ice, wrong toppings, told they don't have light Italian dressing only regular thengiven light Italian. The best part is I left a complaint on their FB page and someone from corporate contacted me to make itright. That was over a year ago. We had been communicating for months but nothing was ever resolved. I hope this store has newmanagement before the summer traffic comes. Read more
We arrived quite late during one of the off days this Holiday season, and although it was winter time and not much going on in... Wasaga Beach, we did receive very good service and they were very patient with our order. We did ask for 3 combos and all thedetails and substitutions in it, which they all fulfilled without any problem. If you are in the area, Blue Mountain or WasagaBeach, this is a very good place to visit and in the same time support a local business. Their grilled chicken was good, a biton a dry side, but toppings were perfectly balanced. Bun was great for all the burgers and sandwiches. Visited this place on the 8th of February, it was kind of late, after 10:15pm, I was the only one in the drive thru, they... weren't busy. After placing my order I waited 10 minutes for it, this is what I got (see pictures below), 2 lukewarm burgerswith hardly any toppings and a poutine with soggy fries, you would think after waiting 10 minutes you would receive a "cooked toorder meal". I guess this is the "standard" for Harveys nowadays, this is the second time this has happened, only difference isthis time I decided to take pictures. Read more
