I had a very simple question to ask. I called McDonalds. I tried reaching the Floor Manager, then the General Manager. This... process would have taken no longer than 30 seconds, if they bothered answering their phones. Instead I spent far too much timetrying to reach ANYBODY at this establishment. We had just rolled into town from Toronto, decided to get a quick grub before heading to our destination and we've got to say... that it wasn't the most pleasing food experience. Really frustrating experience, asked for Qrtr Pounder BLT with no cheese, and got this instead. Pity on you people working here.
Mobile orders get lost when they're busy, and if you're in a rush you get stuck waiting. I've been sent to the parking lot by... staff on more than one occasion to wait for my order to be completed. Other than that, no complaints. Read more
