I have never written a review before but had to because of how bad the customer service is here. My husband and I sat at 7:00pm... and it took someone 17 minutes to ask us if we?ve been helped yet ? we had to ask for refills for our drinks, the server messedup our order, she didn?t ask once how it was, I had to grab myself napkins and ketchup. Experience wasn?t the best here. Food was great! But my server did absolutely nothing but get us drinks and check us out. The... only reason I enjoyed my stay was this one worker who had red hair. I?m not sure if she was an expo or a host but she waswonderful and so kind. Read more
Usually I will only post positive comments, but our experience here today was so bad, I need to say something. There were 4 of... us. Service was extremely slow, but we understand staffing issues still abound, so somewhat forgivable, but still brutal. Three orders of wings were overdone, while the fourth order was wrong. When pointed out to one staff member, they argued theywere the right flavour. When 'our' server came to the table, she asked "what are those you're eating? Those are not sweetchili". (Tell that to the other gal why don't you!!) Getting water was a chore. Out of french fries so made a run over toSuper Store! When we finally left, there was a note on the entrance door that said "so sorry, closing early for maintenance". Wow is all we can say. No one's fault ... Just a terrible, gruelling experience. Stopped in for a late lunch after an event close by. We were not a small group, the orders were taken efficiently, food showed... up in a reasonable amount of time. Despite not having a full selection of menu items and being short staffed everything wasacceptable. I believe it was the GM looking after our group. First time trying this restaurant and it was terrible. The management seems to be very unorganized. We never had one set server... it was multiple helping us. The customer service was not great. Our server Andrea had a terrible attitude from the moment we gotthere, she was rude. I ordered the boneless chicken bites and they came out cold. My friends food had hair in it. Andrea wasespecially rude to the group of people behind us and was not willing to take a moment to talk and explain things to them. Veryrushed restaurant with poor management. Do better Read more
First off you have to go in to order because they don?t answer the phone. When you do get there you get attitude from the person... who takes your order for takeout, despite wanting to be reoccurring customers. The 10 Piece combo comes with 9 pieces instead,not even one whole potato and no dill sauce on any of the orders. Also ordered wings and they came boneless. Would rather drivean hour and a half to get wings elsewhere just to avoid that experience?. Read more
Absolutely worst managed restaurant in wasaga. Arrived for dinner at 630 and was sat at our table. No one approached us to take... a drink order until 7pm after I said something, may I add that there was maybe 4 people on the whole place at this time. Afteranother 20 minutes of waiting we over heard that they were out of fries and onion ring. It too me going to the bar to ask toconfirm this. Don't you think this would be something the hostess should say prior to seating. All this waiting for nothing andnot to mention I had 3 young kids with me. As a local resident of Wasaga Beach we have been coming to St. Louis Bar and Grill here since it opened. We enjoy the "Cheers"... feel of knowing many people there and the local pub environment. The food is typical pub food but the atmosphere and socialaspect is reason we enjoy it. Wings are great boneless or traditional depending what you prefer. : ) Read more
