I'm noticing the service here to be less than desirable as of late. On the rare occasions that we go here, we have a) been... overcharged on a bagel/cheese order that the serving staff were adamant on being correct and b) today at 4:00 PM the youngdrive thru server repeatedly insisted that we ordered a coffee, when that was not the case, not listening to the order of creamcheese bagel. When I addressed this, his cohort came by and blurted out that "we do not appreciate your complaint, do youunderstand that we're understaffed here!" Not very professional. I have a mind to report this to RBI Group, or contact theowner, to whom I know, directly. This location is quite shabby on customer relation skill sets. Read more
Manager took our order in house. Repeated our order back to us. Changes made on the fly after paying handled without... exception. Service was fast and the breakfast sandwiches were hot. One demerit point for one order not being correct. Been to alot of Tim Horton locations were they can't get anything right ! Glad to say, this is not one of them. Read more
This is the only Tim Hortons I go to. I go through the drive-thru twice a day. As soon as I get to the speaker, before I even... finish my order Norma says the rest. Great staff here always friendly. To mention a few names that I do know would be Tiffanyand Norma (these girls are great). The rest of the staff are great too, I apologize I don't know all the names. Its been over one year and still no refund. I spent over 30$ on tims. I got home and noticed bugs in my food i went back to the... store and the lady said she cant give me a refund. Read more
