Such a disappointing store. We visited this morning for a quick breakfast, and the staff were completely incompetent. We asked... for a BLT, and received tomato and bacon on a bagel. No mayo or Lettuce. We also ordered a Maple Bacon BELT, and asked for nocheese. All we received was a piece of egg and bacon. No Lettuce, tomato, or sauce. We ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 beverages, 2 chocolate croissants and a specialty donut. They were out of the Buffalo chicken ranch... wrap , out of white milk, out of crispy chicken etc. totally understandable at the end of a long weekend. By the time we gothome 45 minutes away and checked the bag, our specialty donut was not in the bag. I called the store and no apology was offered.I was told because I was not in wasaga they couldn?t do anything. Read more
This location was very understaffed for a long weekend. The assistant manager was really nice and patient but the staff couldn't... keep up with the orders. Behind the counter was really quite filthy, they were walking around food on the floor. My order tookabout twenty minutes or longer. Read more
Wow! Not sure where to start. I was the the first person in line 1person behind me and waited a long time to get served. Then... when I asked for something they don't serve it after 11 someone snapped. So I changed what I wanted. Then I stood at the endand waited for over 8 mins before I finally got my breakfast sandwich and if you look in the pic that is what I got! I wouldn'tdare go back!!!! Read more
Yum...chili soup. :/ Weird how the Tims in Collingwood still serves chili, not chili soup. Well this will be thrown out. ... Thanks for wasting my money. Actually no, I'll pour it over my dogs food since he will enjoy it. If he isn't dead in themorning then it will be a Christmas miracle. Here's to serving people a dog's breakfast. It's all about the time-of-day that you visit. If you expect great service and food here at their busiest times ... Good luck!... (More than not a customer problem not a staff problem - they really are trying.) When it's off their peak times, the staff arevery friendly and service is quick and efficient. Read more
