Its really disappointing the laziness that this store?s employees are getting away with? I understand being short staffed... business are struggling but teach your employees standards and stick with them. I have been kind and given many chances butalways get bad service and messed up food, forgetting the bacon on a turkey bacon?.. and being too lazy to simply cut yourbagels in half is one of the most reoccurring lazy habits your employees are getting away and it truly disgusted me that you cantake money for terrible service and terrible messed up food and not do anything to change their habits. This place food did not have bun buns eggs cheese rice wedges and no wraps This place is literally empty. It looks like they... just moved in from a empty apartment. They should have more stock bcuz it is like right beside wasaga beach. Read more
Something has changed. Must be new management. Wanted to sit outside yesterday and three tables has smokers although there... are signs. Management used to go outside clean this up. Went inside and almost all the tables were used. One fellow sat at atable for four, not eating or drinking but charging and playing with his phone. He sat there for 15-20 minutes and then went toWalmart leaving his personal stuff on the table while his phone was charging. I guess he owns the table. That's the secondtime I've see that at this Tim's. Where is management? The lady in charge a year ago would not have allowed this. Does notcompare favourably to other Tim's. Best to avoid. Read more
Food is usually decent. Wrong orders happen often. Tendancy to burn things that are toasted. Coffee is usually good and fresh.
This Tim Hortons is without a doubt the most efficient and effective Tim's in the province. Second to none management And... staff are beyond incredible. Call me for further comments. Read more
We just had a breakfast English Muffin/sausage sandwich meal. Everything was good except for the sausage. When did Tim?s start... using spicy sausage? It was literally burning our mouths. I will be thinking twice about ordering that sandwich again. Read more
Respected all negative reviews. I had a good experience, fresh food, nice designed dining, and a lot of parking space.
Asked for birthday cake timbits and given 3 with 4 sprinkles on them and told they have a limit on how many sprinkles go on them... such bs. Rude staff with lack of customer service snd very rude to seniors. No patience whatsoever. Read more
