This location never has any food ready. I have came at different hours of the day and they have to make the food still when it?s... not busy. In the evening They stop making food at 8pm when they don?t close until 10pm. The few times that I have came it?snever been a good experience. Read more

Been standing here for over 10minutes with already a line in front of me and has not moved at all. Not the first time this... happens. Don?t know why they have the lobby open if they keep you waiting forever. Looks to me they are more focus in takingcare of the drive-thru. I just ordered a bigger plate with half chow mein and half rice and three items. I only received 2 of my items which i had to... wait for because they didn't have those ready at the time and didn't get the rice. I donated 2 dollars to charity and this ishow they thank a paying customer.. I feel robbed and i knew i should have checked my food before leaving the parking lot but acustomer should not have to worry about things like this. This is one customer you will never see again. I always loved Panda, from the Panama location in Bakersfield when I worked at Lowes HIW. I was so excited when when got a Panda... in Wasco. Today about 4pm, I went by and ordered a Kung Pow chicken bowl. Half choemein and half rice. I got dried out chowmeina token of rice. The chowmein was so dry. And about 4 bites of chicken. I was not happy, because Panda can do so muchbetter.With The economy we can not afford this. Wake up. If it is not good, public does not deserve it. My 4th try, and As a aPanda advocate, I am done.
