I still can't believe that little, tiny, Biggs Junction has a McDs. That said, I am GRATEFUL, as it provides a quick stop for... food and drinks (and a gas station is next door!) where none existed, for MILES, before. This facility has a convenientdrive-thru. There's 5 stars are for the amazing ppl working here! I am a truck driver, broke down at Rush Truck Center down the street!... Rush kick me out at closing time... it wasn't there problem all my food, water, clothes, and bed was lock up in the yard! Icalled my brother to come get me. These kind ppl allow me to sit and enjoy my ice & tea for 2 hour after close until my brotherarrive! Thank you! Read more
My order was correct, and tasted like it always has. I am visually impaired, so having some larger text on the drive through... menu would be appreciated greatly. I was allowed to purchase a happy meal toy despite other stores denying this request, i ampleased to see that. Read more
It was almost 2am and this place was busy. Im glad I used mobile ordering. Efficient crew, no missed items or mistakes and... friendly. I would have thought it was the middle of the day, not middle of the night. Very happy with overall service andquality. Read more
We pulled off I-5 to wait out rush hour traffic. Service was great and we arrived between other clients so no waiting. Small... inside & parking area, but same great Food and ice cream choices. Read more
Hit the road annnnnnd Hair in not one, but two orders of fries. Hamburgers had ZERO toppings on them. Drinks were the wrong... drinks. It?s like we either got COMPLETELY neglected or entirely the wrong order. Not like we could turn around either oncewe were on the road towing a trailer. Not cool. Next time i make this trip I?ll hit the subway across the street instead. The staff weren?t even friendly. Seemed short handed and over worked but I guess that?s the case at a lot of food places postcovid. Don?t waste your time here. stopping in Biggs Junction is a family tradition, so ratings to me matter not. but because ratings do matter to some of you,... here goes ... the service was fast and friendly. bathroom was clean, no fowl orders and the stalls had working locks. therewas soap in one dispenser and paper towels in another. i had a quarter pounder with cheese, and i have to say, it was reallygood! it wasn't over cooked or dry. the bun was nice and soft, seemed really fresh. the fries were exactly how they shouldbe, crispy outside, soft inside with just the right amount of salt. I also ordered up one of those new slushy things, a DrPepper one - holy cow, it hit the spot. perfect for a very warm summer evening. Read more
It was in a truck stop, so it was actually open for inside dining super early in the morning when we needed it (the only one for... many miles). The staff was great, and the food was good too. Read more
