I don't write reviews but this one is worth it. I was traveling back home and stopped in on Labor day. I waited 30+ mins for... food BUT THAT DOES NOT MATTER. From what I observed, this location was short staffed with no back up from management. Just twoextremely hard working ladies trying there best to be hospitable, and serve everyone in a timely manner. They did not compromisethe quality of the food because of the situation and I value that. Sadly, I didn't get their names but they are the real MVPs. Iwon't forget the great service I received in a dumpster fire environment. That line of customers never stopped and I'm sure theworkers didn't either. Read more
Mike was so friendly and acknowledged everyone in line as they came up to the counter...not just when he was ready to ask their... order. The line was crazy and the employees were busy, but they still took time to make it a great experience and I haven'tseen this at a Subway in years!!! The kid working with him was awesome as well! The employee Misty is outstanding, very friendly and fast. She gets our orders right every time.
The main reason it's getting two stars was because we waited in line for 45 minutes to order. There were two people up front... making sandwiches and three people in the back. There was probably 12 people in front of us. I will not be stopping there everagain. This is the second time that it has happened in less than a week. If the employees are new you need to have somebody upthere that is more experienced and a little faster. Other than that the food was Good. Honestly whoever reads this you might aswell just drive goldendale or the Dalles depending on what way you are going. Read more
