The food wasn't very fresh but it was later in the evening. As much as I would love to accept that as a reason for the lower... quality food, I can't honestly say it not that acceptable. Food was okay, quick drive through. Watched them bag a Crunchwrap right on the non sterilized surface. Also don?t ask for a side... of sour cream, because in my opinion, .50 is not worth a ?dollop? which was literally just the bottom of their sauce containercovered a very thin layer. Read more
This place is a joke. First off this is not against the employees as tjey are friendly and doing the best they can. The... employees are not setup for success. No one to take orders at the counter or drive thru. Forced to go inside and order off of akiosk even if a mobile order. Kiosk has no way to redeem gift cards that are attached to the Taco Bell app so you're gonna sitand wait till someone working in the back can cut loose and get up to the counter. Taco Bell better come up with ways to hiresomeone in this post covid world where people just don't want to work, people aren't willing to put up with this many times.(Already been turned away at 11:04 in the morning saying they don't open until 11 because of staffing ????) For sure under staffed took about 20 mins from ordering to delivery 3 stars for missing 1 item asked to get that item the young... man said right away and less than 2 mins I had a full order. Give this young man a manager spot he has great customer serviceskills and is fast. I honestly don't think this location needs a drive up window not enough staff to do that and make theorders. I only give 2 stars because the food wasn?t too bad. Let me tell you? I had to wait almost an hour just to get my food. (Drive... thru) I would have left prior but I had no way to get out! Upon getting to the window to pay, the poor gentleman who opened thewindow was obviously still learning what to do. He went to hand me a drink (that wasn?t mine) but then quickly checked to makesure. The next ridiculous girl proceeds to ask me what I got.. I tell her.. she asks if I paid already.. (she should haveknown, she was taking the payments) I say no. She said oh.. well we messed up and the customer before you already paid for yourfood.. WHAT She smirked and said oh well! And handed me my food. This is SO unorganized and in dire need of a manager. Every single time I come here it seems like they are closed due to staffing issues. 50/50 on whether or not the food is good or... correct too. I love the location because it is on the way home... the girls who work most of the time are very nice. But I feellike a company like this should be able to at least find bodies to make an actual schedule. It is frustrating, especially whenyou expect them to be open. Read more
Great place to stop and refuel by getting some deliciously appealing food. As a local and repeated customer, I am always pleased... that the food tastes great, looks fresh and looks just like the commercials. Never have I gotten a burrito with too littlefilling here and the sour cream is always distributed evenly throughout my burrito - unlike other locations. The people whowork here are friendly and cheerful. I often go in late after my long day and the night shift crew even remembers me by name!Also during the day the restaurant has nice views of the gorge which is a plus. Read more
Placed an order in drive through and cashier said they could not swap beans for beef without an up charge. I?ve been to many... Taco Bell?s and have not been charged to swap beans for beef. Told this to cashier and she said it?s not possible to swapwithout a charge. Ok.?! Cashier told us our total price. Pulled forward to pay for food and they had cancelled our order. Wentin to make purchase and was able to swap beans for beef without an up charge on the kiosk. Waited inside another 30 minutes forfood! Frustrating!!! Poor customer service experience. Read more
