1st stop- The cashier girl that checked me out wasn?t really educated on what type of vape products she was selling, then tells... me ? you should buy these at a smoke shop instead of here? 2nd stop- Different woman that checked my mother out the first stoptold her at our second stop that she couldn?t use the bathroom because she was cleaning it.. yet she was at the front talking tocustomers. The Casey's of choice for Waseca... This location is nice, clean and well-stocked. Plenty of fresh food options along with deli... style subs and wraps. Staff is friendly and professional. This location is the furthest from my home, but I will always choosethis location over the other based on service and quality. Read more
I had a problem with a taco pizza about a month back. It came to the house without the taco toppings or dressed like the... delivery driver said. He apologized repeatedly and went back and fixed the problem. He was amazing person. He got me a freepizza and breadsticks. For my trouble. The delivery driver was a great Guy! I stopped for gasoline and refreshments. My automobile burned the gas better than I ever dreamed possible, never a hiccup, and... nary a stumble. My donut was both delicate and delicious...the icing smooth like silk and left the palate satisfied as though Iwere enrolled in a temporary autopilot of toe curling lust. Every time I go in there there are boxes all over the place no one stocking the shelves. The rest rooms never have paper... towels. Ordered two pizzas on 10/21/16. Was suppose to be one sausage and one breakfast with sausage. Ended up being both sausage. Now... we called and they said they would take care of it by "writing" our name down and we would be able to come in tomorrow and get afree one... Well we came in today (10/22/16). Expecting to get a free pizza and guess what? That didn't happen like I told mysister last night. I normally love Casey's but today my fiance and me decide to buy one of their subs. I tell you now I will never buy another... sandwich from there again. This review is comming from an employee at Caseys. During my employment, I experienced wonderful regulars who got me through... the day. The daily duties were also very light and easy to complete if done regularly. This is where Caseys South goesdownhill. When I arrived at the store, it was never stocked, cleaned, and for the first month of my employment there were Natsin the bakery case and creamer. Coming to work just to be told that nobody did anything was stressful. This, however, wasmanageable as I could just finish their jobs when customers were low. When I finished these tasks before I left everynight, Iwas rewarded with gossip, drama, and rude employees. Gossip happens within management as well which made me feel anxiouseveryday to go into work. My advice: Don't eat the donuts and only work here if you are prepared to hear nonstop gossip and amessy store. Read more
