Don?t let the small size fool you. First time visit and the food was phenomenal! From the great salad bar to the soup, the... Buffalo chicken sandwich was delicious. Tilapia was moist and flavorful, and I?ve was fluffy and buttery. The butter cake withstrawberries and ice cream was devilish ?? Will definitely have to make the trip from Hutchinson again. Rachel, our server, was excellent. Obviously experienced. So of course, we hoped our food would be as excellent. It was. Keep in... mind, this is an ?affordable? American food restaurant. But the quality of the food, especially for the affordable price? it wasgreat. I had the fish tacos for less than 15 bucks and they were a solid A-. Fries were done perfectly. Decent place to eat. Everyday food (burgers, wraps, salads, steaks, commercials, Flatbreads) pretty well prepared. Service was... attentive. We were seated immediately. Chicken Wild rice soup was tasty, too. Pepsi products are served, and they had Diet Dew. Read more

We were out adventuring and ended up hungry in Waseca so we googled restaurants and Oscars was the first one to pop up. It... looked good so we stopped. I?m so glad we did!! We visited on a Tuesday night, place was pretty empty with guests at two other tables. The hostess greeted and sat us... immediately... Friendly and professional, great smile. Waitress came next to get our drink order, which took quite a while herto grab a couple of sodas. She dropped off our drinks and told us she'd give us more time with the menus as she started walkingaway. We had to stop her and let her know we were ready to order (yanno, because the sodas took so long). Food came and thewaitress was talking as she approached the table, as she set down the plates and continued as she walked off, leaving noopportunity to ask for more napkins, sauce or anything else. We waited 45 minutes for a couple sandwiches on a slow Tuesdaynight and they were dry and flavorless. The dining experience with the waitress was poor. She never introduced herself and waspreoccupied with her friend who was dining there. Food was ok, but not great, however the prices are too high for the quality.With so many restaurants to choose from in Waseca, I'd suggest somewhere else. Read more
