Walked in and before I sat down the table in front of the window wasn't clean. COVID is still going around and health inspectors... come in and check places to see if it is clean or not. Evening shift has some kids that are losing you business. I've ordered on the app 3 times in the last 2 weeks. First time lobby... was closed with a sign saying to come through drive thru. 2nd app order on another day I just decided to pickup order in drivethru, no problems either. Tonight I ordered on app, went through drive thru, said my name and that I was here to pick up an apporder. Same drive thru kid (shorter with dark hair) told me specifically "pull around and come inside to get it" I said yourreally going to make me come inside there's nobody in line at the drive thru. He said "yup" so I came in and all the kids wererude, didn't acknowledge me. Finally when food was done a girl handed me my food assuming I was the online one.
