Evening shift has some kids that are losing you business. I've ordered on the app 3 times in the last 2 weeks. First time lobby... was closed with a sign saying to come through drive thru. 2nd app order on another day I just decided to pickup order in drivethru, no problems either. Tonight I ordered on app, went through drive thru, said my name and that I was here to pick up an apporder. Same drive thru kid (shorter with dark hair) told me specifically "pull around and come inside to get it" I said yourreally going to make me come inside there's nobody in line at the drive thru. He said "yup" so I came in and all the kids wererude, didn't acknowledge me. Finally when food was done a girl handed me my food assuming I was the online one. Make sure you check your order before you leave the drive-thru in the Washington Illinois store. When I got home and realized I... had been shorted a sandwich I went back and they wanted to argue about which sandwich they shorted me and the box being markedthat wasn't marked and when I pointed out their mistake they tried to appease me with a free meal card that I didn't even askfor that was by the way 2 months expired! I feel for kids that have to work fast food for little money, but that is no excusefor an entitled attitude and not doing the job they're paid to do. I go to this Arby?s because they are usually spot on and never mess my order up. If they do they are prompt to take care of it... and honestly are always nice. However on my latest visit we ordered 2 meals and they completely left my fries out. I did notwant to drive back so I just left it go and ate only the sandwich. The store manager, Jarod, was absolutely horrible and rude. I recommend that as long as this dude is in charge of this store, to... NOT go here. The food is absolutely disgusting. It seems like management doesn?t care about how food is prepared there. Letalone care about how their customers feel or if they want to come back.
