Almost $5.00 for a donut and coffee. Coffee was cold so got another cup supposedly decaf but my heart rate was 120 after... drinking it. Then the donut was stale. Tasted like 2 day old. Wait 20 minutes in the drive thru without them even taking my order. Get to the box to order, idk if it's out of order or if the... workers just don't feel like working. Usually good quick service sometimes the hot chocolate is suspect but usually a good quick stop
Good service and same quality food as any other DD location. Drive through is a wee bit tricky for bigger vehicles. Parking lot... in general is a little chaotic. Either way, it's perfectly fine for what it is. Read more
This Dunkin' Doughnuts is the worst!! I was n earlier and stood there 15 minutes while my order was already ready!! All the... workers have bad attitudes especially the so called cook that "cooked" my breakfast sandwich!! This location is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I actually live in Washington and drive to Morton every single day. I wish I could give... zero stars This location NEVER gets my order correct. It?s either wrong, poorly slapped together, the staff is so rude or thewait time is long even with no one in line. I have wasted sooo much money time and time again giving them a chance in hopes itwould get better. Today was my final straw. I obviously knew it would probably be wrong but I had high hopes. I CLEARLY & SLOWLYordered no whip cream no drizzle on my drink (it?s wrong EVERY TIME here) they handed it to me & of course the drink was wrong.i hand it back to the young girl working who then hands it to the girl who made it. SHE ROLLED HER EYES AND DUMPED MY WRONGDRINK IN ANOTHER CUP and handed it back to me. I also ordered Apple fritters, chocolate donuts and vanilla with sprinkles. I getthem all in one bag. The chocolate and apple were stuck together and my sprinkle donut upside down smushed into the bottom ofthe bag. THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST. When will they get management. This location is a joke. This Dunkin is the worst in the area by far. No reason why either, they're just so slow. It's not just one time either, every... time we stop here it turns into a 20 minute ordeal. Yesterday was our final visit, well over 20 minutes for 2 drinks and 2avocado toasts. We stood with the crowd of others all waiting for their stuff while everyone behind the counter seemed to eithernot care or not know what they were doing.
