Ordered 3 piece all white chicken breast and two large mashed potatoes no gravy. Got two large sides of mashed potatoes and side... of gravy and 3piece dark meat with small mashed and gravy and a biscuit, no breast meat must have mixed up order, tryed to callseveral times nobody answered the phone at 740pm, drive all way from Washington to home in Delavan to find out order was wrong,Iasked him several times to make sure he was putting in 3 breasts which lady wanted and no gravy or drink. Was getting for anelderly lady in Delavan when I went thru so could not just bring it back to straighten it out. Very disappointing for the ladywho doesn't eat dark meat. Read more
The staff tonight on September 23rd, 2022 was very rude and messed up my order. I've been calling several times over the past... hour and no one will pick up. I called the Peoria store and she would not give me any information regarding a district manageror her name. Washington finally answered and since it's been an hour and we already ate our food I just want a refund for theitems that we did not get and (Tamara) said no. I asked for her manager or district manager and she hung up the phone. I justFilef a complaint with corporate and BBB. Your policies or procedures for mistakes are horrible. Read more
Accepted a doordash order and didn't even have any chicken - at all. Didn't reject the order or notify doordash, took the driver... going to the location 45min after placing the order for them to say anything. Read more
The chicken was just awful. I'm not sure if the long wait was due to being understaffed or something out of their control. I did... get to overhear quite a few complaints while I was sitting in the drive-thru. I am impressed by the patience of the employees. Read more
Great staff. Friendly people. Super respectful and tactful. I've never had an issue with this KFC location. I will never again... go to any of the others besides the one off of Western in Peoria. I always have a bad experience with other locations. Read more
This KFC is horable!! The lady working the drive thru was very rude to me today!! All I asked for was the 2nd drink I ordered to... b given to me!! She was very rude and grouchy slamming things around! She even slammed down my drink I ordered on the counterand spilled it!! Management and corporate need to get involved!! Theres no reason for your workers to get violent!!!! Sad thingis I deliver for Door Dash I have to go back!! Ugh Something needs to b done about your workers attitude!! Complete trash. The girl working the drive thru was insanely rude to virtually everyone she encountered. We placed an online... order, showed up at the expected time and she told us it would be an additional 30 minutes. We didn't have time to wait so weasked for our money back and she said, we don't do refunds, you have to call corporate. I'll never go back here and by the looksof the other reviews, this place needs shut down and/or an entirely new staff brought in. Read more
TRASH. Ordered a bucket and it all was dry (tasted like a microwave reheat almost) and salted to death. I really can't imagine... how you can make such a terrible product while taking forever to get it ready. Close this place down before you poison someone. Read more
