I asked for crispy fries and the night crew made them fresh and crispy. Unfortunately prices are outrageous. A large order of... fries should be pocket change not $4.07. It isn't the crews fault, and they deserve a good living wage, but that's just highwayrobbery. Last time I went it was almost $10 for fries and a mcflurry. Read more

This entire franchise has issues, but this specific location has some of the worst trained staff I have ever seen. They park... everyone automatically, I had them park me for a glass of water once... seriously. I always order a Large Water and theyroutinely try to add a bottle of water onto the bill even when the meals come with a large drink, I've considered filing a classaction suit over this, since it qualifies as wire fraud over the intercom. Floor was so sticky my shoe stuck to the floor for real and I fell. The slide was also so sticky my kids couldn't actually slide... down it. We ended up just leaving because it was disgusting! Fries were also so heavily salted they were not eatable and I likesalty food. Their air-conditioning in the playroom is also broken so it is super hot in there. Read more
We went to McDonald?s last night at 11:40pm. Drive thru closes at midnight and we pull thru and they are closed 20 minutes... early. Not really ok to be closing early. So please either be open til midnight like it says since hours were updated a week agoor close at 11. Thanks. Read more
Food didn't take to long. But the inside service was not great. There was a spilled drink of some sort drying on the floor with... wet floor signs, that wasnt cleaned in the half hour I was there. I tried to get my sweet tea from the self serve but was onlyable to fill half way. I told them it was empty and when I went to leave and refill my tea they still hadn't refilled it. Myfiance tried to get ketchup but both pumps were out. We were also THE only customers in the lobby. Read more
To the woman working the front drive thru today 5/30/2022 I sincerely hope you find peace or happiness or something. This was my... absolute worst McDonald?s experience ever and I visit weekly. I arrive at the ordering screen & she asks for my order. In themiddle of ordering she rudely interrupts and says ?just a minute now? I confusingly ask ?for my order??, fast forward I finallyorder and get the first window to pay. The sweet polite young lady takes my payment. Then I pull forward to get my food from theextremely rude individual. She not only does not say a word but practically throws the food at me. I really hope she?s justhaving a bad day and taking it out on customers. Or maybe McDonald?s just can not find anyone else. Either way this was aterrible experience. Read more
Worst experience ever! Had to do delivery since I am ill and couldn't go there and they pushed it off to DoorDash charged me... over 10 in fees, and forgot the main part of my order! No sandwich and the fries were inedible, burnt and old. Refunded burgerbut not the delivery fees for a delivery that did not have what I wanted.
